I feel Uhaul should take in consideration of peoples situation and adjust if in reason. I have been loyal costumer for decades. I rented a 26ft uhaul for 12 hours out of respect for other moves. 3 hours into my move i called Customer services to extend my time, I was declined. I knew it was going to be along night due to weather conditions. we actually were stuck in mud for nearly 3 hours. Going foward i will rent a uhaul for 24 hours just to cover my butt and not get charged extra moving day and extra insurance. Thank you

My only recommendation would be for the U-haul site(s) to inform the customer during the reservation process whether or not reserved items are available at the specified location. Otherwise, Michelle and Steph(sp?) were very friendly, capable, and helpful. Thank you

I specifically turned down the insurance because my auto insurance covers rentals/tow behinds; the contract was emailed to my wife, so I didn't notice, until after the fact, that I was charged for it and too late to get money back. So, please have employees listen to customers and quit charging for things specifically refused.

When I reserved the subject contract online (as well as one for an Auto Transport), I specifically requested NO Insurance Coverage. However, I ended up being charged for it anyway. This happens every time I rent a U-Haul. After numerous phone calls to U-Haul people, it has still not been corrected. What needs to be done/who needs to be contacted to correct this mistake on your part? I'd like this resolved ASAP, as I am planning another rental/trip just like it in the next 2 weeks for my last load. The outcome of this will determine my next steps. Thanks, Terry Loukaitis

Very unhappy because you rent out a trailer representing a dimension and what we received was almost a foot smaller- the trailer was absolutely useless and ended up a burden. We had to find an alternative because of the discrepancy. U-Haul still charged me full price after I told them. I wasn't provided a service however they charged us as if everything was fine. I won't trust them ever again. I'd never recommend going to U-Haul because they ripped me off.

We had trouble with the running lights not working when we picked up the trailer. A service agent was able to trace the problem to our truck's blown fuse. He was able to tell us where we could get a replacement. Mystery solved! Very helpful and friendly service!

$18.95 rental for thousands of dollars trailer. $15 to rent a $25 2" to ball adapter??? Talk about taking advantage of your customer. I would gladly pay $5 to rent the adapter but $15 is insulting. It was the wrong adapter for my vehicle or I would have just bought it.

I was told to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel in the tank as what was in there when I started which I did but I was charged a fuel fee on top of it anyway.??????
