I set up pickup and drop off locations for a uhaul rental on the uhaul website. Days later, I received a call saying the size truck I ordered isnt even available at the pickup location I chose. Then, once I was eventualy able to change the pickup location, I got a message saying my drop off location was also changed. It was changed without my input to a location that was very far from my original drop off location. Also, the uhaul site I was suppsed to pick up my rental from, closed early so I had to navigate uhauls broken website to pick up the truck. The website barely works and doesnt save any of the choices you make. The only upside was that the people in charge of customer service were very kind and helpful.
