Be specific with prices. I made my reservation for one price and I went to pick up the trailer and was charged a different amount. Not knowing that a one way was differently priced very frustrating when you have to work and sit on the phone for an hour to figure out what's going on.

The customer service representative blatantly called another customer an idiot in front of me after that customer walked out. Their system was down and she was expressly rude to customers and other employees. Vehicle was dirty and smelled awful and the people that work there are rude and combative. Awful site would rather drive miles away to another Uhaul for better service.

Back and forth no one would call each other to figure out and I never got the discount which is part of why I went with you because it made you less expensive. It was too late to change companies and find a new truck by the time I realized no one would apply it

Michael K.The employee who helped me caused me an unpleasant experience on the delivery side of my one way rental, when she sent me 18 miles from my destination address for vehicle drop off when there was a much closer location by a 15 miles difference and a massive freeway traffic delay. Also the vehicle had problems with the tire air sensors which kept coming on which in turn caused me an additional 2 hours on my 10 hour trip to have this checked by a roadside mechanic.

She was extremely belligerant and did not try to help with the fact that I was given equipment that was locked up and had no key to go with it and caused me to waste a whole afternoon when I wanted to be moving furniture from my storage pod. I was given a cargo trailer that was locked up with no key which I didn't discover until I had driven across town to the storage facility after she had refused to rent me a unit at her facility. She sent me to a different store saying she didn't have a trailer that I could take one way. The North Highlands store was a mile away from the storage facility where my furniture was stored so after I had wasted 3 hours trying to get someone to open the trailer I took it to the North Highlands store to drop it off. She told me I absolutely could not leave it there. I am 76 years old I am crippled and was in a lot of pain and very hot and tired so I told her I certainly was leaving it there. She had a large area to park it while someone came to get it and take it wherever they wanted to so they could remove the lock. It was one of those locks that has to be ground off. At no point did she use any customer service skills, no sorry this happened, how can I help you? I am very disappointed that someone this rude represents Uhaul. I have never met anyone like this in a uhaul store before. I expect to be treated not just with common decency but a modicum of respect as well. All in all it was the worst experience I have ever had in a store of any kind. I don't treat people that way and I don't expect to be treated that way either. I lodged a formal complaint and I don't ever do that either.
Patricia B.However, this is not where my rental was reserved. I showed up to the location at 3937 Freeway Blvd in Natomas Ca and they had transferred my reservation to this location with ZERO notice. Which is super far away from where I had my reservation. Needless to say, very upsetting.

MERRY H.I'm sorry to say I cleaned the windows of the pick up that I rented myself inside and out the truck went back way cleaner than when it left I only have one problem....the outside of the truck was literally filthy I can understand not washing the cargo vans that much but I think the pick ups should be washed on the outside of the truck way more than they are. And I don't believe it's the employees fault

MORTEN W.Service was fast. I recommend filling everything out online prior to showing up. Within 15 min I was out the door driving the vehicle. After use I returned it and immediately a representative was outside ready to check the vehicle back in. Again within 15 min I was on my way out. It was nice and fast.

We drove in a small neighborhood, from one house to the other which was less than 2 miles away, did 1 trip, and had to put in $40 for gas because of your lies! Stop lying about mileage!!
