The process was efficient and systematically well organized - I appreciate that. I would give this business platform an overall experience a 5 star. The contract was upfront. I knew what my responsibilities were and I knew I could adhere to them. The truck was basic and clean with a good air-conditioned. It drove nicely and was easy to maneuver. However, there was one aspect that was missing and that was a warm and friendly customer service. One cannot change someone's mental wellbeing. What I observed was a hot and cold interaction. I had thought a few times if I don't act right I could have a issue on my hands I'd rather not have so I let the "play" show me what I needed to do to get out of the theater and on my way. Thank you U-Haul!
