Office staff is amazing.

RONALD SI could not pick a drop off location that was near my destination. The pickup point said I could drop off at any U-Haul location. When I went to the closest location at destination, they told me I had to drop of at the location 10 miles away.

Rodion KI’ve been a longtime U-Haul customer and usually have a seamless, positive experience—which is exactly why I keep coming back. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient, and I’ve never had an issue with the condition of the vehicles I rent… until now. This time, I was given a cargo van that honestly should’ve been serviced before being rented out. It had visible damage on nearly every side, the brakes were creaky, and the backup camera was extremely outdated and hard to use. I documented everything with photos just to protect myself. What made this more frustrating was being told I had to add SafeMove insurance for $25/day. I was under the impression it was optional, and I already have personal insurance. It felt like a miscommunication—or possibly misinformation—and considering the condition of the van, the extra charge just didn’t sit right with me. I’ve declined SafeMove on every other rental without any issues. This isn’t about the money so much as the principle. I was charged for added protection on a vehicle that clearly hadn’t been cared for properly, which raised safety concerns on top of everything else. I’ve already filed a complaint (CAF #5254544) and am waiting for a fair resolution. Again, I want to emphasize this isn’t reflective of my usual experience with U-Haul location , and I genuinely appreciate the staff who helped me. I’m just hoping this one-off can be acknowledged and resolved fairly.
Tatianna BI was helped by a young lady by the name of Anna. She was very courteous and very knowledgeable. She made my visit very quick and pain free. Upon returning, i was assisted by a very helpful hispanic gentleman. Unfortunately, i didn't catch his name. But he made my drop off quick and painless. Thank you UHAUL.

MONTANA HThe Manager is rude and needs an attitude adjustment. She’s very condescending and talks down to customers as if she is inconvenienced by them. I will never do business with this location again because of her snarky attitude and disrespectful facial expressions. Long story short I rented a trailer and asked if I can extend it during the time of rental. The gentleman told me that wouldn’t be a problem I would just need to call and let them know. My rental was due back at 1:15 and I got a call at 1:23 asking where this rental was, and I replied letting her know that I was going to keep it for one more day. Her response was, “ well I have a customer here waiting for it but I guess I can try to find this family another trailer” then hung up the phone. I found it so rude so I decided to drive up there and talk to her face to face. When I got there I told her I wanted to make a complaint about her attitude and she laughed in my face and rolled her eyes. I then told her that she was being extremely unprofessional and as a manager she should not act that way. She then gave me a card with an email address of a person that I can contact which I believe is going to be her. So I took the card and I left. Approximately 15 minutes after I left the store I received an email letting me know that my credit card was charged for twice the amount of what the trailer cost for the rental. I will be following dispute with my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau for theft.

GABRIEL LWe told them that the fuel gauge was lower than what was on the paper. There lady said she would put a note in the computer. But we were still charged extra. We put more gas than we used and still was charged. I've rented 4 u hauls in the last 5 days and all but 1 has been some issue. Luckily I won't need another.

ALLEN MI would probably suggest that they get their trucks maintained or have a check-up on them, because my truck was old and didn't run very well. The staff was nice though and the establishment was clean.

IEVGENII KNeed to train their employees better. I was given a van that wasn't full when they gave it to me. I took pics of the time and the gas meter before I left. I returned the van fuller than when they gave it to me. I guess a link was supposed to be sent to me before I left, which I never even recieved a text message nor was I informed about it. Long story short, one of the workers got an attitude with me even after I stated I wasn't noticed of a link at all. She didn't even offer me an apology.
