The dealer was very kind and friendly, however, U Haul trucks need to have appropriate tires for the roads and weather conditions in the Northwest. Our truck slid backwards on an icy road with minimal incline and we had to call for help to pull the truck up. The tires were slick with no cross treads for gripping and braking was useless. It was a frightening experience that could have been a disaster because of a drop off had we slid any further down the road.

I returned the rental trailer at 11am after only 26 hours but, I was charged for a 48 hour rental. I do not think that is fair at all.

Bring back the longer ramps. The shorter ramps are very difficult to walk up with heavier items. Especially with wet weather.

Joe is always the best to work with I own a moving company in CDA and sandpoint we rent trucks for in town and out of state jobs when we aren’t using our own trucks and I won’t go anywhere else
