Excellent customer service!
Sydney YLayout for drop off is really challenging for a trailer. That’s the only difference in my star rating. The lot is a tad small for how much equipment is there. Other than that, the staff was super helpful during pickup and getting me going. I did need a trailer electrical adapter for power, for that I had to go 5 minutes down the road to a U-Haul facility with a retail store inside.
Joseph NThe North Idaho Super Shed location is convenient place to drop off your rental. Jen is great and so is Joe, they are both friendly and helpful. I have reserved rentals there two times and have been very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this location.
