This place was new to rentals. It was reiterated that it was a one way rental. Even talked about being from a different state. When I went to return the trailer close to my home I found out that the rental was set up to be returned to the same location that I picked up at. I talked to 3 different people and no one could help with getting it changed without me paying 500.00 extra dollars. I picked up the rental in MS and I live in TN. I had to make the drive back to MS to drop it off. Very unprofessional!
Jeremy MI reserved the 6 x 12 trailer to be picked at 10:00 am when the location was supposed to be open. There was no one there to check out the trailer or help load it to my vehicle. I was not informed of this when I reserved the trailer.
Curtis RWhere do I start…. I rented from a location 7 miles from home and got confirmation emails that was my pick up place. However when we got there the app told me I wasn’t at correct location( didn’t tell me where that location was) even though I wasn’t looking at an email sent from U-Haul 2 days earlier. So we get someone on phone who gives us new address and new lock box code. That location was 30 minutes away and 30 minutes back to house. We were 45 minutes late and my movers were waiting on us and charging me by the hour. When we got to new location they said lock box 2 and gave us code but when we opened box no keys. So I then had to get U-Haul back on phone and the keys were in lock box 1 that the lady over phone gave me code. This whole process took away 2 hours of my life and left me crying over the stress of it all.
