I thought I got a bigger truck but the truck was too small. I ordered a two bedroom truck.

Your u- haul representative Ike was very unprofessional. I was the second person in line at store and he told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes for my return receipt because be had other customers to wait on and I told him I didn’t have time to wait I had other things to take care of and he should take fully care of the customer he’s waiting on first, I told told him I needed my return receipt because I didn’t want any surprises on my bill and he told me he doesn’t lie , well if he doesn’t lie why did he tell me there were only two employees on duty, him and another man, which I know was a lie because there was a woman who took care of me earlier that morning and she told me she would be there all day. That to me is terrible customer service. Take care of the customer that was there first!!!!!
debbie dI reserved a 10 foot truck, they upgraded me to a 15, this just cost more in fuel. Lots of miles, engine a bit rough. Unit had over 150K miles, unit was clean but very well used.

SPENCER OThe truck I rented had it’s engine light on. Had no heat. And it probably cost me an additional 20-30 miles because I couldn’t drive the vehicle with no heat due to the cold. None of the before photos of the vehicle were accurate.
Timothy ABe more personable and informative. I was not informed of price, pickup time, drop off location, or drop of times. I was not informed I had five days of use, I thought I only had three. I was not offered or given a receipt it was email to me.

Brian WThe truck needed new windshield wipers. There was a rattle on the passenger side of the cab. The check engine light came on. The company that was listed on the website to provide labor was a no show.
Mark CI would’ve given them an excellent rating had they come out and checked it when I dropped it off they just took the keys and told me they would check it later. When I receive the bill. I was charge for gas when I had put gas in it when I returned it, I put 13 miles on it put gas in it returned it and got charged for gas saying it had less gas in it than it did ,had they come out and checked it when I dropped it off I would not have been charged for it ,since they didn’t look at it till after I left, there’s nothing I can do about it I think when the store is open and you drop the vehicle off they should come out walk through it check it and let you know then if there’s an issue.I think it’s just another way for them to make more money. Not sure I will rent from Uhaul again.
Kevin CParked the truck and brought the keys inside. The cashier told me to move the truck to a different location (I think that should be his job) and did not check the truck in, so I didn’t get immediate confirmation that there would be no extra charges. I was later inappropriately charged for mileage that was included in the contract, which would have been nice to discuss while I was actually handing the truck over.

PETER NThe Cargo Van that I rented needed to be serviced. The driver side window was in terrible condition as in it was extremely noisy while driving with a ton of air trying to come inside.
Nick CThe app kept freezing on me and would not allow me to acquire the keys to the truck ... The desktop website was difficult to navigate/load as well. I was able to call the customer service "1-800" number and get the info I needed. The process should not have been so difficult ... The app could use some improvements... Overall I'm a loyal uhaul customer and I enjoy this location - clearly the process is much easier to work with live human interaction - the app was not so great for me.

JAMES GI said yes to the question about the vehicle being clean and maintained. For the most part it was. The windows were dirty on the inside and the drivers side small mirror was cracked. Not a major issue but an irritation. Would still recommend using the location. Everything else was fine. Almost forgot, the check in app did not work correctly.

Katalina WI will never use U-Haul again. I had to wait 40 min to get the keys, the mobile check in took forever, I didn’t get the equipment or truck I ordered and the truck drove horribly.

lucinda kthe UHAUL application is terrible. Each step takes too long to send and verify by UHAUL. I had to go into the store to complete my turn in of the vehicle

donna cThe guy seemed to clueless. Pushed for how many hours we needed the truck he explained its no big deal on time as its all the same cost. Most people take 6 hrs he said. We ended up taking our time and i checked back in about 3 hrs later than planned. I then found out I got charged an extra day because I had gone over what HE suggested!!! He also did not explain the drop off well. NEVER AGAIN!!
