I have rented many times Uhaul equipment and this has been the only time that the truck was in such a bad condition. The front suspension of the truck was 100% shacky, making the drive very unstable and felt not safe. The truck was dirty outside.
Ruben AI couldn't upload the photos after dropping off the rental. The page kept refreshing and images were getting deleted after capturing.

DAVID AThe U-Haul representative here was very helpful after leaving truck for him to check in on Monday morning, all went well with his proceeding with this. The U-Haul App and website were HORRIBLE! Wasted 40 minutes with trying to check in and upload photos on Sunday morning as location was closed on this return date. Several calls to Customer Service/Traffic with 1 helpful in stating that App and website were offer problematic when stores were closed. They both said that my return to location of truck was noted and attempted online. Need to fix website and app for returns when stores are closed!!!!!!

JENNIFER FSamuel is a very professional and courteous associate with a perfect attention to detail. He was quick to point out that I should capture the original mileage on the truck and the gas gauge with a picture to be sure it lined up with the contract. Upon returning the truck, he quickly corrected the issue with a typo on the mileage (a 6 was corrected to an 8 for the true mileage ) on my original paperwork, and it was his instructions on taking pictures of the dash board the helped in confirming the issue. A true valued employee!! Thank you Samuel!! :)
MELANIE SThey did not have my equipment in the truck I ordered. Make sure you double check what you ordered. The truck had a annoying whistle sound when you went over 25 miles/hour. Bad location.

bruce mThe truck I got had a really bad vibration. Seems to happen in the lower gear, but I got my move done. I talked to the location and they will have someone look into it. My last truck was new from them only had 30 miles on it. Guess it averages out.

Barry SGetting the keys took a while (30 minutes) would be better to go faster since we had limited time with the truck and helpers. Had ordered furniture pads online but they did not have any. Otherwise, the process went fine.
Melinda DPLEASE stop giving customers trucks that are 1/4 tank of gas. We have to then go to the gas station before we even start the packing process and it’s very hard to judge how much fuel we need. SERIOUSLY the worst way to start the moving process. And the additional $30 gas fee yall just started is stupid! It’s beginning to feel like your nickel and timing your customers from the start to the end and no one likes that feeling. This all said, I use uhaul 6-12 times a year so I am speaking from experience.

Cornelut RThe numbers on all the trucks were covered with thick snow and ice. Had I not had an ice scraper, I wouldn't even had been able to see or guess which one was ours. After we finally found the truck we were renting, we had to get the key out of the lock box. It was also frozen! After 45 mins of cleaning the truck, waiting for it to warm we were finally on our way. I understand that it is winter and was also a Sunday, but those trucks probably are not cleared or scraped off any day, unless the renter does it. It was a ridiculous price for using 15/10ths of the gas and almost had an hour wait, and the fact you basically have to give blood through the phone to rent it, just sucked! Get real people and clean your trucks in bad weather daily.

Jill CYou can keep your on line pricing consistent or at least say how the price changes as the pick up date draws closer. I initially looked up the cost of the trailer rental and was shown a price of around $350. This was two weeks before I rented the trailer. I then booked it 3 days before the actual pick up date and it was now $420. That’s $70 difference for the same trailer. If I had known the price would change so much I would have ordered the trailer at the $350 price. How the price changes with time should be clearly stated. On a disappointed scale of 1-10 I rate this pricing approach an 11. Outside of that the trailer was fantastic and the people we interacted with were first class.
JOHN CI was not able to actually leave the lot with the truck until almost 3pm the day I picked it up. I returned the vehicle before 3pm the day I brought it back but they charged me an additional day if rental and insurance anyway because I had the truck way longer than I was supposed to. I had a ton of unexpected obstacles that I had to deal with in between and being charged for the additional day on top of it plus the insurance just added insult to injury. Uhaul made a ton of money off me and I have next to no money in the first place. I called headquarters and they said someone would call me within 48hrs, that never happened. Charging people for services not rendered is wrong. Your truck was on your lot within the time required per when I picked up the truck. I will be notifying my bank to dispute the charges for the day I didn't have but you charged me for anyway.

Jeff DThis place wasn’t listed by U-Haul corporate as accepting trailer returns; however, we did confirm that they do accept trailer returns with North Oxford Stire and Lock that they do accept returns. Saved an hour out of our daily. Return was very easy with them.
