I tried to call 2 times the second time I got given a email that does not exist I couldn’t send pictures of it returned. I have the pictures on my phone. Then when I picked it up the passenger mirror was broken I called and reported that right away.

The employee who put the hand truck in the back never secured it as I drove it banged into the sides about 5 miles. It was not good

It stared with a double booked reservation at the cypress location and then I was made to go to this location instead of U-Haul fixing the issue in house. Then when I got to this location I was put aside over 30 times why he waited on gas station customers. It took 50 minutes

I suppose the lock boxes to return the key have been broken for a long time and when I tried returning it after hours I was not going to leave the key accessible to everyone. I have to call customer service, go back and look for an orange drop box and theirs were black, still didn't find it. So I kept the keys overnight and have to go back again the morning when they opened to return the key. It was beyond stressful!!!

I think the person moved very slowly as the gas station was understaffed. Every time a customer came in, they would pause what they were doing with me. There were maybe 6 interruptions with our transaction because of this. The U-Haul also reaked strongly of cigarettes.

There were a lot of blankets in the trailer. too many.

There was no help getting everything setup and the trailer had a tire that was 20 psi when we picked it up so we had to put air in it before use

I didn't know that the blankets wouldn't be available at the gas station where I picked up the van. I would have picked up the blankets from the Uhaul store earlier in the week when I picked up the mattress bags if I knew.

Need a clerk that could continue to help us without needing to stop and wait on the customers coming in for other things. We were there 45 min. Too long. He was new and it was his 1st time renting a uhaul, and ended up calling someone for advice!!

We had nothing but problems with this truck. Ended up having to delay our trip a whole day because the truck had to be taken in to the mechanic. Still waiting for U-Haul to make it right. One of the employees was very friendly, the other seemed like we were an inconvenience.

Our experience was professional, easy and pretty quick. The gentleman helping us was cordial and answered our questions with respect. A flawless transaction, we will recommend this location, which is much less impacted than the larger facility across town.

The inside of the back of the truck was very muddy. The cab was pretty dirty too. There was a clearly used fake fingernail in the handle of the driver side door.

It is a gas station with no tools to exchange ball, very slow and droll customer service. Uhaul definately comes second to them.

I do not want to have to log in to check my rental back in if business is open. I would like to go in and check it back in . And not have the clerk tell me you have to go on line and check it back in because my boss told me that to tell the customers and I don’t have the time to do it . Then I try to check it in on line and it would not let me do it . After 45 minutes sitting in my truck trying and would not let me do it. Then I get a transaction from my bank that the place I got the trailer from charged me another $2,76 dollars and cents on top of the rental fee for what . I wasted all that time on my busy schedule to deal with trying to check a trailer out ?

The turn in was awesome. fast and simple. and the extra fee we had for mileage/fuel at turn in time was better than i had expected it to be. We were only a few miles over our limit and I expect we will do this at least a couple of more time before we actually move our whole lives over next year.

It's part of a gas station, friendly staff, but it's a bit confusing. When I dropped off the truck, the U-Haul person was not in (it was Labor Day), and the gas station staff had no idea on what to do with the key etc. Everyone was very friendly, for sure! Also: the windshield washer did not work, sprays the fluid on the ground vs the windshield. Frustrating when you rent a truck for over a week and have to stop at every gas station to clean the windows.

I did not like waiting for a gas station cashier to help other customers while our transaction is paused. The truck was dirty inside and outside and there was even a cup full of used chewing tobacco in the door. I also had to go retrieve my own dolly because the cashier did not have time to get it for us. There was also an odor or cigarette smoke in the cab.

UHaul please work on this: I rang to book a truck with an international credit card (debit) and the phone consultant booked it. Online I could not book it, and the phone consultant put it through with no issues. When I arrived I had to use a friend's card. You need to communicate your policies with use of credit cards to customers before booking. Also you need to allow nonUS cards to use your service. The location was ok, the guys knew the system well and were well mannered. I think the fuel I filled up higher than was quoted on the receipt (I put more fuel in) that wasn't reflected.

The person who originally answered the phone told me I didn't have a reservation. Another person got on the phone and confirmed I did. Make sure employees know how to work the system. Its stressful enough to move.

This location is fine but uhaul sent me to 3 different places. The location I booked through was not available and the location sent to me did not have the required vehicle. This severely put us behind schedule. I'd rate the new procedures for uhaul a 2 out of 10

The truck smelled like marijuana the windshield was so covered in bugs then looks like someone turned the wipers on smashed them all over. I did online check in a week prier for furniture dolly and they did have one. Wont go to them again!! Also the lady told me I could have the truck until 5pm because someone was using it the next day but when I checked in online I put 8hr to use the truck. She argued with me about that. But that is what your website said I could do was 8 hr. She said have it back by 5pm so I did and the man who checked the truck back in was rude saying I should have had it back by 4pm I told him the lady said I could have it until 5pm he then asked me who? I said I dont know better because no one wheres a name tag. It should have been put on my check in that She said 5pm.

The customer service at this location was above and beyond !!!!!!after a very UNSATISFACTORY issue at the cypress location ( which we won't rent from again! And anyone who speaks to an elderly person the way the MANAGER did there.. should resign or be fired!) They took care of me and apologized on behalf of uhaul.... she was a sweetheart and got me on my way!! Will always come back to this location as well as family members

I reserved a trailer from this location the night before i picked it up. Put all the info such as 1 way exact location of where i was going and where i was dropping. When I picked up the next morning they wanted double what i was quoted, said they had no choice price must have changed since i reserved last night . I was under the gun had to pick up but that was it I will never use u haul again .

The staff at this location was EXCELLENT! Most helpful dealing with an immediate issue upon picking up my equipment. They solved the problem very quickly and above expectations.
