It was difficult to make a reservation, truck was not available upon arrival, we had to take a smaller size, attendant was unapologetic and argumentative.

James K.My pick up location was moved 3 times, the last change being made on the day of my moving. I went to the location in Westborough ( 40 Bearfoot road ) and the manager there was really rude. Afterwards, I went to the location at 7 Belmont st… my pick up was scheduled for 11:00 am, I packed up the truck almost 1 pm… the guy helping us was trying to multitask between the gas station customers and us… he ended up giving up my truck to the couple in front of me and had to call Uhal to ask for more trucks… I ended up getting a smaller vehicle ( the $29,90 one ) while paying for a bigger one ( $39,99 ). Terrible customer experience!!!

PLUS I was not able to pick up a truck where I had originally reserved so it caused me to add 20 miles to pick up & drop off total distances that should have been taken off my bill AND the check tire light was on! Not a good experience.
Margaret N.Cargo area was filthy with dirt, and grass or straw or something and smelled a little off. Other than that it was by far the least painful experience with U-haul I've ever had. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy and they actually had the truck I reserved, a first in my U-haul history! If the bed didn't require cleaning I would give 5 stars.

John L.This isn't the location I actually made my reservation at, this is where I had to go, cause they changed it on me last minute. I also received the truck with an empty gas tank and had to dump over $125 in gas into this vehicle. The gas credit didn't even cover half the cost! This has been close to the 4th time U-Haul has screwed me around on a rental reservation. Clearly, you need to understand the definition of the work "reservation" cause clearly you don't!!

Tauqeer H.Person that was supposed to check me in told me I had to do it online. By the time I got to check in I was no longer onsite and could not see where to set up an account on the web site. What should have been a two minute process ended up taking a half hour and was a total pain.

SARAH J.I called to ask to have truck held, I was instructed to reserve online which I did. Unfortunately this did not expedite things at pickup. Clerk also was responsible for gas station and mini market so I had to wait. Clerk requested license, credit card etc even though all of this was entered and scanned into thy reservation. I did not select mobile check in. Upon return I replied to text message, filled in the information took pictures, but would not complete the process, so I had to go back inside. It should be streamlined and more efficient
John S.guy was a jerk, annoyed, and not helpful. And charged me 6$ for gas even though I added the correct amount of gas. Not going to fight over 6$ but defiantly never go there again and will tell all to stay away from Belmont location.

jayson S.The dropoff location was easy and convenient, however, the phone app was less than easy to use. I took pictures prior to my drop off for my own records. When the app wanted me to upload them, it stated that i needed a more recent photo. This was frustrating having just taken the pics 10 minutes before using the app. So, i had to go back and take another set of pics directly at each part of the form. It took me over 20 minutes to drop of the truck through the app. The user interface needs a little work.
Mark T.First issue I had was that I received a call 2 days before my scheduled date about not being able to get a 26' truck but instead getting the 20'. Second issue was that uhaul change my pickup location (originally I had setup Worcester) I was ok with all the above but upon arrival to the northborough location, the attendant was nice and respectful but didn't find my name on his computer. Upon spending 45minutea on the location and getting ready to leave in my car he comes running out to let me know he sees my name now.

From conversation with the store proprietor, it seems like U-Haul was supposed to provide him with a part number for the appliance dolly I ordered. Because they didnt we had to call U-Haul and it took 20+ minutes to get it sorted out. Not a good experience.

james z M.Absolutely do not drop off or rent U-Haul from here. The man was completely disrespectful to me. I waited in line patiently and while he was checking out the person in front of me he started to ask me questions. I asked nicely for it to be a private conversation and he continued to ask questions in quite a rude manner. I had an injury while using the truck and the man at the drop off site asked me, “What would you like me to do about that?†I asked for some compassion first off and he still continued to be extremely unhelpful and disrespectful.
