The people in charge at this location were not helpful. They had us download an app on her phone and wouldn't help with the check-in. Then when we go back to the house and started loading our items to move, they called us to tell us that we got the wrong van and they needed us to bring it back. It was their mistake. Completely unprofessional.

The location at 7 Belmont was exceptional...but my overall experience with Uhaul was horrendous. I received a confirmation email from Uhaul confirming my rental for another location, which when I arrived was closed for the holiday weekend. It took several phone calls to figure out what the hell was going on. In the confirmation email the pickup time was confirmed and the size of the truck, which were both wrong when I got there. The gentleman at In & Out Convenience store accommodated me and made up for all of Uhaul's failures. I would never rent from Uhaul again. Horrible customer service.

Had some trouble with picking up the UHaul. First was told my order was not for that day- then had to show confirmation. Then the printer was not working so I had to wait pretty long to actually leave the lot. Nice people, but not an ideal experience. When I went to cancel my order for another day, I saw the order had already been cancelled for me by UHaul but without notifying me. Good thing I didn't need that truck or I would have had an unpleasant moving day tomorrow.

Customer Service ok; cargo area inside the van not clean. My main concern was to ensure the vehicle was available for the task I have planned and it was. So with a minimum attention to cleanliness; the rate could be improved to excellent.

Had some technical issues that delayed pick-up and seemed to be out of the owners control and more on U-Haul website and systems. Fixing those issues and better coordination between cooperate and franchise owners would provide a much better customer experience. Owners were very friendly and helpful and location is very convenient for local area.

The van was great, the online reservation experience was great. The guy at the gas station renting me the car was terrible. The system was slow somehow and he basically reprocessed the transaction.

The service attendant didn't have any idea what was going on. The UHaul person I booked this reservation with should have explained that pick up was at a gas station and not a UHaul office.

I was never called to inform me that the truck wouldn't be at the worcester uhaul as we had requested. I was rudely dismissed by employees there and even called customer service to be told I was out of luck. I had to pay $30 for a cab to get to the other location to pick up the filthy truck which included a beer behind the passenger seat and cup holders full of liquid. Then the truck vibrates heavily on the highway probably due to poor maintenance and a drive shaft off balance or something, Uhaul doesn't care, they got over $300 off me for a crap truck rental. Then I get a collections request for a balance due to being over the mileage allowance trying to charge me $30 more than the $16 of overage. This experience was horrible and expensive for the horrible truck and service I received.

Probably the windshield should be cleared from the snow and ice by u-haul and not by the customer. However, the truck was new: had 225 miles on the odometer!

The man where I picked up the 15 ft Uhaul swore up and down my pickup time was 4 pm and I told him it was 9am. Why would I schedule a uhaul at 4pm on moving day? I had movers meeting me at 10am. This guy must have repeated it 20 times that I scheduled it for 4pm. I even shows him my reservation that said 9am. I said " Did you ever hear the customer is always right?" Very poor customer service to keep saying you are right. Then because he passed me off enough, I forgot the moving blankets I was being charged for. When I returned the 15 ft uhaul and filled the tank it was $16 for 6.5 gallons. I only drove a total of 22 miles! Wow, what is that 3 mi to the gallon? What a Rip off! That tank could not have been full when I first started. So because I never used the blankets they took $10 off my bill. All in all I would try a different Uhaul place.
