I sat in the parking lot for an hour to be given the wrong key and wrong truck. No backup camera or dolly. The truck had 50000 more miles than the truck I was assigned to. Then I was told by a customer service rep that I'd probably be charged for that mileage. Luckily the store manager was excellent and rectified the issue. However I'll never use this location again.

The pricing is a big issue. To advertise a $19.99 daily rate and then pay over $90 for a simple 8 hour usage is at best a joke. The only way the advertised rate is available is if I rented the van and literally don't leave the parking lot.

I had some issues checking in, then the truck I ordered didn't have all the Uhaul Equipment I ordered, so I had to go to the Lawrence branch to pick it up. They also were out of most equipment, so I only ended up with half the equipment I ordered. Very frustrating. Made a long day of moving.

The North Andover location was good. However I originally reserved 24 hour pickup from K's Fuel Stop, 297 Lincoln Ave Haverhill, MA 01830 (978) 374-4695. They had the wrong lock on the truck so the combination code did not work. When speaking the a customer service rep on the phone, he tried to switch my truck to another on the lot, and again the combination code did not work. I wasted 2 hours of my moving day dealing with that.

Have an online pickup system that actually works. Don't ever try to pick up a truck using your phone. Your system is a disaster. An absolute joke.

If you don't know how to rent online, you are really going to struggle. It is not intuitive. The Internet service is pretty bad in that particular spot. Doing the whole thing online therefore was not easy

The app freezes ALL the time. Also, unfortunately the location has bad cellular service which causes the app to drop off. Maybe WiFi would help?

I understand that it's uncertain times. I had issues with my Uhaul confirmation, the software and website didn't work so I was unable to do a pickup with calling into two different dispatch centers. The woman at the desk in the storage center was really nice, but wasn't trained at all to operate the Uhaul system. I understand she was filling in. The van itself doesn't seemed like it was wiped down and sterilized, maybe I am wrong.

i rented after hours thru my phone and it was pretty easy. i wasn't prompted to enter the miles so i called the help line and they confirmed everything for me. great experience, will use again in couple months. thanks.

We were happily surprised by how welcoming and helpful our staff person was and how easy the whole experience was. We had heard nightmare stories about reserved trucks not being available so were a bit worried. But not at this location. We will absolutely use them again whenever we need to rent u hauls!

The whole experience with Uhaul was disappointing. It was not specific to this location, but rather the Uhaul website that had to be used for after hours check out and check in. It took multiple times to get the website to work. And the credit card processing went down right when we were trying to pay, so we had to leave then come back two hours later to start the whole check out process again from the beginning. To make matters worse, our cargo van smelled like dead fish...horrible!!

I did pick-up on a Sunday, so I had to go through the mobile app. You have to be 18 to drive a U-Haul truck, I am 20 years old, but the representative rejected my license because it was a Junior drivers license even though it clearly stated I was of age, I just obtained it when I was under age. This whole thing ended up taking an extra hour of my time, and I had to use someone else's license and I was just lucky that I wasn't alone. And then the miles on the truck were wrong and it would not allow me to change them which caused an issue when trying to drop it off.

I feel that the mileage on the vehicle going out was not noted correctly and I was overcharged. By my own count I drove the vehicle only 28miles. I would still very much recommend Northeast Storage. They have always served me well in the past.

All Employees I dealt with both at the pick-up location and UHaul customer service by were extremely professional and helpful. A suggestion would be to ask customers to cover seats if bringing pets in vehicles.

Pick up was at 9, woman didnt arrive to open her store until 9:20. By that time I had attempted to pick up through the app, that was terrible. After that failed I went into the store to pick up my keys and contract. Got the keys not the contract.

I was overcharged for mileage for a Sunday rental, $0.99 a mile instead of $0.79/mile. I was also charged for an additional 120 miles which I did not drive on the vehicle as well as being charged for renting the vehicle for two days when I only had it from Saturday afternoon to Sunday night. My phone calls were not returned and I had to go into the location personally, where I was told by the woman at the counter that she didn't have my information there. It was on her iPhone at home. Why is my personal information on her personal phone at home? I would recommend avoiding Northeast Storage Corp. at all costs. They are obviously a shoddy, if not downright dishonest, operation. Buyer beware!

This rental experience was ok. My pickup location changed therefore forcing me to change my plans for my move. Also with the location change I ended up going over my mileage because I had to drive further to get to my starting location.

More signage at the location so you know you're at a Uhaul location. We drove around looking for a while. We thought it was part of the airport there.
