It would have been nice to know that we could upload passport information, that you were going to call the 2 contacts, etc. before actually arriving at the facility to pick up the vehicle. This process took way too long and then it took over 10 minutes to verify my information. Very frustrating.

John P.I called ahead and spoke with jennifer who was very nice . I booked for Saturday the 16 th I needed to head to nyc early and u guys don't open till 9 am . She told me I can sign up for the 24/7 service so when I come into your location . She took as my information (credit card , etc). She said my phone would ping as I arrived on the property and it would provide the information I needed to access the keys from the box it never worked. I got there at 8 o'clock and I waited but thinking that I would only have to wait an hour for somebody to come but the girl was late and never opened till 915 there was a line there all I wanted was my keys from the box she had to take my credit card and all my information all over again which led me to believe that she never did it correctly in the first place. I want a discount . The van was filthy . Never cleaned from the prior use. I didn't fill up the tank and don't want to be charged cause my time is valuable too . I've rented trucks from you guys before but to get up early and having to wait 1 1/2 hours is not acceptable . I was pissed to say the least . The girl jennifer said she would speak on my behalf and felt terrible about it. Im calling the phone number today and no one is answering . How do I operate a business this way? Very disappointed .

Kevin A.Only positive comments here: when I called to ask about services and availability, Sherry (spelling?) answered all my questions and provided additional information (answers to questions I probably should asked - such as type of gas to use when refilling). When I showed up in person, the UHaul computer system was down but she worked through processing the transaction with a very pleasant demeanor and no problems whatsoever.

Igor K.I sat in the parking lot for an hour to be given the wrong key and wrong truck. No backup camera or dolly. The truck had 50000 more miles than the truck I was assigned to. Then I was told by a customer service rep that I'd probably be charged for that mileage. Luckily the store manager was excellent and rectified the issue. However I'll never use this location again.
Jessica M.The pricing is a big issue. To advertise a $19.99 daily rate and then pay over $90 for a simple 8 hour usage is at best a joke. The only way the advertised rate is available is if I rented the van and literally don't leave the parking lot.

HOMER C.I had some issues checking in, then the truck I ordered didn't have all the Uhaul Equipment I ordered, so I had to go to the Lawrence branch to pick it up. They also were out of most equipment, so I only ended up with half the equipment I ordered. Very frustrating. Made a long day of moving.

Marcus A.The North Andover location was good. However I originally reserved 24 hour pickup from K's Fuel Stop, 297 Lincoln Ave Haverhill, MA 01830 (978) 374-4695. They had the wrong lock on the truck so the combination code did not work. When speaking the a customer service rep on the phone, he tried to switch my truck to another on the lot, and again the combination code did not work. I wasted 2 hours of my moving day dealing with that.
