The App failed to work without customer support on both pickup and drop-off. It was ridiculous and frustrating.

Originally had the pick up scheduled for 7am in a different town. Got a call night before that I now had to pick up at Sutton st. Because there was no more trucks in Lawrence. I go to Sutton st and they don’t open until 9am. I then missed the delivery for my refrigerator because I was supposed to meet the delivery drivers for 930 an hour away from Sutton st.. so I was late on starting to move, I have no refrigerator, threw away about $200 in food and won’t have my fridge for 5 more days now. Oh and the kicker, they were supposed to update and discount my mileage for the fact that they didn’t have the truck at original pick up spot so now it’s further from the drop off spot, they didn’t. I mentioned it to the drop off spot and they said nothing they can do it’s the pick up spot. The pick up spot said nothing it’s not them because we aren’t billed until drop off. Needless to say I didn’t get discount. I called and complained and was told I’d get a call back from a manager, that hasn’t happened. It’s ok. I’ll put a stop payment on my credit card and U-Haul can take me to court for the $240
James CI FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED, USE 15' TRUCK FOR 10 MILES AND I WAS CHARGED FOR $115.70 THE REICIVE SAID I SPEND 4 GALONS OF GAS FOR 10 MILES PLUS $30 FEE, WICH THEY NEVER EXPLAIN TO ME BEFOR O RENT THE TRUCK

Aaron HWhen I opened the back of my uhaul truck, it was very dirty with broken glass and the moving pads from the previous renter were still in the vehicle. I did not ask for any moving pads and they actually got in the way as I didn't have space for them.
