Picking up the equipment was fine, but dropping off was a poor experience. The employee texted me about 20 minutes before the truck was due saying someone else needed it. When we asked for another truck, the employee left us standing in the rain to check to see if any were available. He said none were and seemed irritated that I left the key in the box instead of giving it directly to him, which I did before I knew he was on site.
