Cory KThe Mobile Pick Up does NOT work. That is not the fault of the local franchise, that is a UHaul problem. I specifically reserved the truck from a location that would be open for business to avoid the Mobile Pick up, and 2 days before the pick up I got a call from UHaul saying the closest location with the truck was an hour away, and they were not open on Saturday morning. I tried the Mobile Pick Up app, it didn't work. Thankfully the local owner just happened to stop by the shop and got us the key. The local franchise gets a 4 star, UHaul gets a 1 star.
Scott HCouldn't get uhaul at time of checkout because keys were locked in cube truck. And tired of always getting uhauls at 1/2 tank and less when picking up. So you have to waste more time fueling up right away . Does uhaul even care less about there customers anymore????
GERALD MMy time is worth money as a business owner. It shouldn't take 1 hour for a equipment pickup when you already reserved equipment. Terrible service.

russell gThe people at this location should be commended for their efforts despite the issues with U-Haul above the local level! The effort they took to make sure I received the correct equipment I wanted and received the best price available was simply unbelievable.Great kudos to the entire staff!!! U-Haul should examine their ability to communicate with the customer thru both email and text messages because I received way too many and they were repetitive. Great thanks again to the staff @ Northside Automotive for their tremendous service!!!!!

STEPHEN EThere was no word lock to get the keys, they were under the drivers seat. There were moving blankets and a hand cart that we did not order and had to move them to the trailer parked next to the truck. Overall, not organized for easy pickup.

Lloyd MCheck batteries. Our battery died and we couldn't get everything moved. Our location was changed for pickup. I would like some of my money back because I need to find someone to help me finish.
Laurie PThe 2 things I would recommend is the trailers are kept on a small hill and it make it hard to hook them up. Now the second part, it wouldn't be hard if the trailers had Jack Stands on them and this is NOT NorthSide Automotive's fault I have seen other locations and all trailers the tongues are just laying on the ground. This is ridiculous your average person can not pick this up and on top of it it makes it hard on any type of hill trying to hold up something heavy and yell for someone to back up because you can't use hand signals.
DANIEL EI was instructed to return it on a Saturday and that no one would be there. Had it back an hour early and a few days later got a call that I was overdue. So obviously the check in procedure on drop off days when no one is there needs some oversight.

Mark GNorthside is a great place for auto repair and Uhaul. They have a wonderful friendly staff who are always there to help. Wouldn't consider anyone else.

Rhonda NI don not want to order a truck online again. U haul changed pick up locations, and raised the price. There was not suppose to be mileage fees. The people at the pick up place were vere noce and tried to help. Even though my chat with a uhaul employee confirmed the plrice was suppose to be $143. No other fees.
Janiss RPick up was difficult because we were a couple hours late for arrival time and had to call customer service to have time reset. Took quite awhile.
