The trailer needed to be thoroughly mopped out. My mattress got stained with black gunk

The effort they took to make sure I received the correct equipment I wanted and received the best price available was simply unbelievable.Great kudos to the entire staff!!! U-Haul should examine their ability to communicate with the customer thru both email and text messages because I received way too many and they were repetitive.
