Recommendation for UHAUL! Get your systems updated to show Northside Motors as a pickup and Drop off location. Every time I rent a UHaul from the Cape Coral location Northside Motors NEVER shows in the system for a drop off location. I’ve been using both locations many times and have the same issue each time with not showing Northside Motors as a drop off location. UHAUL should take immediate actions to fix this issue so others can benefit from the great service and support as I have!

Frank NA last minute change in my schedule made a delay in my plans and I had to reschedule my pickup date by one day. It was handled with professionalism and flawlessly. I was afforded the opportunity to use the equipment to the maximum amount of time if needed, but I actually returned it 2 days early, at one pf the several sites offered in advance. Both ends of the transaction were a joy to work with.

Raymond BNorthside Motors was fine; the truck was fine except the cab and dashboard was full of ants. We had small ants crawling all around the dash the entire way to Washington state. Also, I was very disappointed I wasn't able to access my friends and family discount for the move and it was a huge kick in the stomach not to get that discount. The truck was fine no problems.
Krista SGetting the trailer I rented hooked up with no issues. The return process was easy. Would definitely recommend using, and I will definitely use again should the need arise.
Gary PLovely lady. She came out immediately to greet us when I pulled in. We explained that we were charged for 24 blankets but only received 16. I received an email with the final charges almost immediately and she had issued a partial refund on the blankets. The whole process was super quick and easy.

The online experience wasn’t too good, but I chat with an online customer service representative and she helped me out that she would make note about the drop off and we couldn’t take the picture so she made a note to the pickup where we got the uhaul.

Terry SPatty at Northside motors was amazing! She bent over backwards trying to help me battle the U-Haul management idiots. My contract said I was to drop in lake City Florida which I did. But U-Haul wanted to charge me $3,600 because I didn't take it to there preferred destination after I had already signed the contract and charged me 3600 for dropping it where I said I would. Then the auto trailer I did get charged 770 by U-Haul because I didn't take it to their destination which is 2 hours away and there wasn't even an offer to pay gas or return my trip back to live Oak Florida. U-Haul management and dispatch, you guys are absolutely deplorable and ridiculous and I fail you in customer service and I will never use you again. I will make this very public. Because of U,-Haul corporate it was an absolutely Terrible experience except for the pickup and drop off locations which were excellent and you're lucky to have them. You're welcome in advance for the feedback. Now do something to fix it so others don't have this miserable experience! Dan Munson 941-685-3204

GEORGE WThe 247 option was a very nice convenience it made things much easier. The website was lagging at times even with being on the phone with the representative. Overall it was a great experience the representative explained why I couldn't use a 10' truck for a one way rental and was able to save money in the process thanks to him.

brian wThis place was great! We were in and out in just a few minutes. The first place I was sent was awful! After one hour of pulling up and backing up I had to give up and take the trailer to another location. There was no one at the General Store to help me unhook if I had of tried to drop.

Arwynne LThe older gentlemen did not know how to check in the Uhaul. His daughter, the owner, was supposed to but did not. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. The person behind us had the same exact problem!! Uhaul had to contact them to correct it. Also, they had an excessive number of trucks, haulers, and trailers there. This is troubling to military families who need them!!!!
