The dollies and furniture covers I paid for weren't in the truck and due to the hours we needed to pick up/drop off the truck and check into our apartment we had to load all our boxes and furniture without the dollies and pack without the furniture covers. I have a few pieces of scratched furniture and my dresser was dropped while being carried across the parking lot and is now broken.Haley G.

The location was fine . The cab of the rental was filthy !! Crud on the seats, nasty spilled stuff just gross ! It should of been wiped down and cleaned out . I had to do it before we left ! Not happy at all .. also didn't ask if we needed anything like a dolly would of been nice ..pamela G.

It was a nuisance to have to pickup the trailer in St. Cloud, however, Northwest Tire personnel were great. I enjoyed working with them. A little more advanced notice than 1-day would be better.Bradley B.

Our reservation was originally scheduled for 7:00am however it was switched to 9:00am and I didn't find out until 2 days prior to picking up our truck, via text message. I didn't realize I needed to look for the 24/7 mobile check in option when booking before store hours. I take responsibility in not confirming our pick up time, however it would have been nice to know earlier so no matter what always call and confirm your times. With all that being said North Star Auto switched our reservation back to the normal time and were very kind and friendly to work with! Thank you North Star Auto for helping us out in a pinch, we are truly grateful.Maximilian M.

More clear about the pricing, drop off, expectations. Vehicle could have been cleaner, and the overall alignment was off on the vehicle as well as the slight wind on the road would veer the vehicle off quite often. Going over 45mph made the vehicle quite hard to control.Todd T.

The person handling the transaction was a complete idiot who complained the entire time while trying to figure out the paper work. On top of that offered no help or assistance in how to operate the equipment. Lucky for uhaul Im very mechanically inclined so it was not an issue. He did offer to hook it up, however he had 4 other people all in the office and his patients for people ran out before he even finished my paper work.Tracey G.

It was very dark by the truck and hard to see with an evening pickup.Nicole W.
Windows inside and outside were filthy. About 300 miles into my trip the check oil light came on. Ended up having to add 4 quarts of oil. After opening the hood to check the oil, noticed the cap was missing off of the coolant reservoir. Also, the headlights were very out of line, making it hard to drive at night. I was reimbursed for the oil and resivior cap, but feel I should be reimbursed for the 2 hours it took to find a replacement cap. This truck was not serviced very well.Kerry M.

We attempted to get our truck after hours through the app (like uhaul said we could do) but it didn't work. I trued multiple times on different devices. We showed up the next morning when the office was open to get the truck and uhual had given our truck away.Michael S.
The location is clean but they have very limited space for you to park and it isn't very easy to back a trailer up anywhere at the location. The personnel helped me but acted like it was an inconvenience to them. Will be using another location next timeFalen N.

The location that I picked up the vehicle was different than the location I chose online. Although the different location was included in the confirmation text, I didn't notice the change until I went to pick up the truck that morning at the location I chose. I believe the changed location should be more clearly articulated, including possibly a second text message.Anthony W.
Contract had a discrepancy between listed truck and actual truck rented to me. I only checked one area of paperwork which matched the truck # I picked up. This created an issue when trying to return truck. I still don't know if it is all resolved. Truck box was dirty inside and blankets were in a plastic bag but were WET when put in there. They didn't have enough moving blankets which I had reserved either.Matthew J.
