The person handling the transaction was a complete idiot who complained the entire time while trying to figure out the paper work. On top of that offered no help or assistance in how to operate the equipment. Lucky for uhaul Im very mechanically inclined so it was not an issue. He did offer to hook it up, however he had 4 other people all in the office and his patients for people ran out before he even finished my paper work.

there was a sticky stain of some kind of drink in the passenger side wheel well and the truck smelled like cigarettes, (pack of smokes was sitting on the dash when I picked it up.

Windows inside and outside were filthy. About 300 miles into my trip the check oil light came on. Ended up having to add 4 quarts of oil. After opening the hood to check the oil, noticed the cap was missing off of the coolant reservoir. Also, the headlights were very out of line, making it hard to drive at night. I was reimbursed for the oil and resivior cap, but feel I should be reimbursed for the 2 hours it took to find a replacement cap. This truck was not serviced very well.

We attempted to get our truck after hours through the app (like uhaul said we could do) but it didn’t work. I trued multiple times on different devices. We showed up the next morning when the office was open to get the truck and uhual had given our truck away.

The location is clean but they have very limited space for you to park and it isn't very easy to back a trailer up anywhere at the location. The personnel helped me but acted like it was an inconvenience to them. Will be using another location next time

The location that I picked up the vehicle was different than the location I chose online. Although the different location was included in the confirmation text, I didn't notice the change until I went to pick up the truck that morning at the location I chose. I believe the changed location should be more clearly articulated, including possibly a second text message.

Contract had a discrepancy between listed truck and actual truck rented to me. I only checked one area of paperwork which matched the truck # I picked up. This created an issue when trying to return truck. I still don't know if it is all resolved. Truck box was dirty inside and blankets were in a plastic bag but were WET when put in there. They didn't have enough moving blankets which I had reserved either.

There is nothing you need to do to improve the service I got. Most importantly was the 4x8 itself. At only 4 feet high my car blocked the wind and did not create any drag while driving. It was an excellent tow. My only request would be a "locking system/device" for the hookup to the ball joint. While no one attempted to steal the trailer, piece of mind with a lock would have been nice. Jerry X Shea

The truck had a broken seal which made it unbearable to drive. The ears of the driver hurt after driving it. Also the seat was broken on one side making it so you were tilting to one side the whole drive. Very unpleasant

Brake lights did not all work on trailer. Not all lights worked. This is maintenance that should be taken care of when these items are returned or prior to them being rented out again. You charge a standard fee, there should be a standard in your maintenance also.

Have an unload ramp on the 6x12 enclosed trailer. Hard to load and unload larger items.

Salesperson had no idea what he was doing. I declined insurance but was charged anyway. Truck was filthy with cigarette butts all over. Gas tank was almost on empty but was told there was a quarter of a tank. Never told us where to drop off truck.

Orignaly went to another uhaul said no one in area had what i wanted had to then go on line and find one just to find out that was not true Was called to confirme app which time was wrong got that strighten out had no one to help w putting the trailer on and thay knew when we would be there so my 76 yr old husband had to put this trailer hook up on alone i we thought that was part of the service at u haul
