The lady was busy at this location with customers looking at a storage unit. Once available, we went over my reservation with her indicating I can pick up the trailer at my leisure in the event I had other errands to run first. Note: Have ID'd the tow dolly as not well maintained as when the service rep came to replace the right trailer tire, he indicated I was lucky I did not have a blow out as the tire had a tear/rip on the side. (Prior to making my trip, I uploaded my car and noted the right trailer tire was low on pressure. Drove to KwikStar, checked tire pressure â€” was 11 lbs.)jonelle M.

Representative at the location was not helpful at all and quoted the wrong gas amount in the truck and refused to make the adjustments when I questioned the amount. I had to use Kimberly U-Haul office to assist with loading my vehicle on the trailer because the representative at Northwest didn't know how. Overall experience with Northwest was terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone to that location.Charles W.

Not sure how to rate this because we did a Sunday drop off and they were closed. But because it was a cargo trailer we dropped off there was no key to drop off. I was worried there would be an issue but received an email Monday morning before I had a chance to call so was impressed!Lynette L.

Allow after hours pick up in the UHaul App. Even though there was a key box with the key in it, after hours pick up was not an option. Also, it would be more convenient to have the truck full of fuel each time a customer picks up. This way a customer can get right to the task of moving instead of heading straight for a gas station (there was just under 1/4 tank of gas when we picked up).Richard W.

DId not have a u-haul jack available to raise tongue. Spent some time trying to get a regular jack to raise it up high enough. Ended up having to stand on the bumper of my vehicle to lower it enough to attach trailer.Thomas V.

My original reservation was not honored because the 10' truck had not been returned to this location on time. When the employee at this location tried to find another truck for us, the person on the other end at U-Haul seemed more concerned about who was at fault than in finding us another truck. They wanted us to drive more than an hour to pick up another truck. We declined and waited to pick up the truck at this location the following morning. I have seen on the U-Haul site that if a reservation is not honored, U-Haul will pay $50. Does that apply in this situation?Cynthia D.
No clear signage or information is posted for where to leave the rental trucks when dropping off after hours. To those using this location, the second office door has a drop slot and I just parked the truck right at the door. Had no issues.Bryson O.
