Daniel CLooked like the trailer had just been dragged out of a mud puddle. One tire was bald and out of balance. Pin was broken on the ratchet clamp. Not my best experience at a U-Haul. The person who helped me was kind and helpful but the equipment was trash
John OEddie has provided me with an excellent service. I already told him I will need it again next month so will be glad to ise this location again
