Kirk DThe customer service was excellent. We were moving from Roseau to the Grand Rapids Area when UHaul changed our pick up to a location 2 1/2 hrs from Roseau and in the wrong direction. I cancelled our order and called Nuch's. We happened to be in the area and Lisa took care us so we could bring the trailer with us.
Ann BWell definitely should upgrade steering window wipers and radio for better driving experience cuz while i was driving i hade too constantly move the steering wheel too keep it straight the power steering was good and everything just keeping it stright the steering most recommended too upgrade too uhaul for better experience

Benjamin WMore cheaper & smaller vehicles, we were forced to use a 20' & that was very expensive. Also for limited expenses I didn't want to add the $15 liability/insurance but looking at them receipt it was applied. Unhappy about that.

Robert JThe person who was there when I picked up the trailer was great. Friendly, talkative, came out and helped me hook up. The person who was there when I dropped off the trailer was rude. I felt like I was bothering him, and he didn't seem to want to be friendly or helpful. Once he got the trailer checked in, he just waved me outside to go park the trailer.

Debra HPickup site was not very clean. It's a former gas station which hasn't been remodeled in decades, and doesn't look like it gets any sort of regular cleaning. Clerk had a pro-2nd Amendment shirt. Don't care what he wears on his own time, but maybe be a bit more professional while on the clock?
Bryan FI was initially accused of emptying the gas tank. Here’s part of a transcript from a voicemail at the drop off location: “ I have a truck here that you returned overnight him you left it empty and it's supposed to have a quarter of a tank of gas so you're gonna have quite a fuel charge because they charge if it's below a quarter an extra 30 and then I'll charge for a tank of gas so if you could call me back as soon as possible to let me know how you plan to remedy this otherwise I can just charge that extra amount for you and it will be billed to your card you used thank you”. Then later I had a voicemail recanting this as the fuel guage had been stuck. “ “Hello it's Lisa from U-Haul again you can disregard the first one when I drove the truck around the building and parked it it popped up to a quarter of a tank when I got it it said zero and 39 miles to go so must've been stuck…”. Also, there had been broken windshield glass under the seats upon inspecting the truck for return.
