The staff were helpful & kind, which went a long way to calm my temper & nerves after my last-minute, 2.5 hour bus trip to pick up the vehicle (original pick-up place ran out of trucks).

Timothy BThe location was fine. The Uhaul experience was what we had issues with. We had to drive 2 hours out of our way to pick up a truck and 2 hours back when there are 5 uhaul locations with in 10 miles of my house. I reserved a truck well over a month in advance and they called me the day before pick up to tell me the nearest truck was 2 hours away. All they “compensated” for was mileage. Not the gas it took to get there pick it up and get to back to the original town I reserved it in. It was an absolute pain.
