The exhaust on the truck was noisy because there were holes in the pipes; I was told we would not be liable since we had purchased insurance, but no renter should be responsible for previous damage to a vehicle regardless of insurance options! Inside the cab was dirty, with debris on the floor and sticky cup holders...we had to clean up the previous mess before returning the truck. This was not a very satisfying experience.

Free coffee and doughnut lounge. Otherwise the service was great, paperwork got done relatively quickly, employee was helpful in hooking up the trailer efficiently. They even had greeting cards for my brother to get his wedding anniversary shopping done.

Employees were pleasant, but they had a lot to handle which resulted in longer times than necessary (in my opinion) to pick up and drop off the vehicle.

The young man who rented the truck to me had me sign a waiver stating that I was aware of all the existing damage to the truck before I had been given the opportunity to view the vehicle. He seemed to think that we were accusing him of renting us damaged goods, but the waiver simply stated that I knew the condition of a truck that I had not seen.

Really, REALLY long wait to pick up the truck. If you're renting a UHaul here, anyone that walks in for anything goes in front of you in line. Busy place but maybe two attendants would help?
