Have the gas gauge actually working completely so I don’t put a full tank of gas in it when my contract states 3/4 of a tank.

Location is great. Online checkin not so great. The whole process took me 25 min when I could have been out of there in 5 if I'd just checked into the desk.

When I turned the truck in I told the worker I only had the truck for 24 hours and was told the credit would be applied at the end. He said they lied to you.

Inside of driver's area was muddy and furniture pads were left in the truck part and did not know that until we got to our destination and opened up the back. We did return the pads before we left because we didn't want to be charged for them.

I was unable to close the overhead door by myself. Also, I had requested a moving dolly, but found out the day before I picked up the truck that you did not have one available.

When I rented the trailer it never got pre-inspected. The process at this location took about 20 minutes though I had a reservation already in place. After moving my first load of things I noticed the boxes were wet on the bottom. Then I noticed my bookcase was damaged by water. Unfortunately I did elect to take no insurance. Somewhere the it was leaking, either the weather stripping on back of trailer or roof. When I returned the trailer the gentleman refused to an inspection due to having customers, as it was a full service station. I informed him it was leaking and nothing was written up on it. The sign inside the trailer said “receive $15 refund if trailer is cleaned out and not damaged. When I picked the trailer up and got it Home there was a bunch of dirt and metal pieces in it. So I swept before loading and brought it back completely swept out. I asked the gentleman about the refund and he said he was t able to do that there. Overall the experience was terrible!
