Everything was excellent about the experience except for the (admittedly) the $11 extra mileage charge I received. If you look in my file you will note that you moved my pickup point to a further location which added about 11kms to my trip. So that was really on U-Haul as opposed to me. This is why I have rated your experience overall as average.

There were lot of issues in the rental. I donot want to bear any cost for this rental. Lot of issues with the rental for the door. Please donot charge for this rental. I was not able to perform the job. I have to rebook the work for 13 July weekend. I have to pay again for the rental and the helpers so please refund full amount.

Mike L24/7 share program did NOT work well…after long verification, keys were NOT available. Truck appeared reasonably clean but smelled of rotten cigarettes and the raid and wind noise was too much!!!!!

WALTER Ku-Haul moved my reservation from my original location to this one when the original place did not have the truck I ordered. This was done seamlessly and was available as planned - very easy.
Philip CI took over 30 minutes to return the truck because the person did not know how to do it and had to keep calling someone else to find out how to do it
Matthew VBroker was great. They were organized and transparent about pricing and the rules. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a truck.
Brain LTruck did not sound or feel mechanically safe and we were charged for a $15.00 insurance that we did not ask for nor were we given the option of.
Ian TDidn’t realize I needed a credit card to pick up the vehicle. Quite inconvenient as you’re able to book the vehicle online with your debit/visa.. but then need a “visa” to pick up the truck.

AHMEDALI HWhere to start? I booked the van 2 months in advance. It took 3 trys for them to get my reservation correct and almost didn't get a truck as it was end if month. Had to call in again to get the original rate. After 4 times calling in, extensive time on the phone, they finally got everything right. I was still charged more than quoted on pick up, even lthough I used less mileage. My advice is use only if necessary.
