I used the online chat and was advised I could drop off at this location as the original location was 30 mins away. When I arrived he told me I would be charged an additional $231.00 I will be calling today to have this charge reversed. He was not helpful at all

my original to ruck pickup was moved to another Location. The locations pin pad would freeze. I attempted payment over 10 times with no resolve. I gave up and changed my pickup to a third location. The 15ft truck I was given had poor breaks and severe misalignment as the wheel was jerking as I drove over any road imperfection. Sometimes pulling to one side or the other. The gear selector was not working and required significant force to change gears. I explained this to the pickup location associate.

SCOTT BWhen I picked up the U-haul the door latch was frozen shut so just making sure that is ready to go. Customer experience/interaction was excellent though
Emanuel REverything was excellent about the experience except for the (admittedly) the $11 extra mileage charge I received. If you look in my file you will note that you moved my pickup point to a further location which added about 11kms to my trip. So that was really on U-Haul as opposed to me. This is why I have rated your experience overall as average.
