Excellent customer service. Everything explained thoroughly and clearly. Smooth transaction. I have made a few local moves over the years, but this was the first time renting a truck one-way out of state. The simplicity and ease of their online system puts U-Haul above their competition. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.
