No one was there when i arrived at 4 pm on a Friday (business hours). I had an issue with my rental’s initial mileage being wrong and was on hold for 1 hour with customer support. When they answered they said the attendant was on the way back and he didn’t come for another hour. It should not take 2 hours to drop off my rental during business hours even with a minor hiccup/mistake.

Javier VTruck itself - Interior of cab had drink spilled all over center console & driver's side door & step into cab. Interior had not been cleaned out. I had to spend over an hour cleaning the entire inside before being able to use it. Exterior was fine & inside of cargo area had been swept out. Facility was in an industrial area but had a nice, well-maintained office with a covered exterior waiting area as well. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.
