How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service, and very efficient and speedy when we returned the truck.
Edward MPosting an average of how many miles to a gallon the truck uses would help Great experience. Matt was very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to renting a van again
Donna LThe trunk door is so dangerous that it does not stay on when opened it. It just goes down and not latching when opening it all the way. It almost fell on me good think I was able to get out.
Lani DThe check out was on-line, but the man there was very helpful in getting the truck and the blankets. The check-in was with the man on site and very easy. The truck was barely over half full of gas when I picked it up and in the 8 miles to my house, it went below half. I filled it for my 134 mile round trip, and then used less than 1/4 tank!
