You could start by giving the 10% discount that was promised, also could properly clean the equipment before sending it out again.

Spencer PI my reservation had the wrong location, calling location as suggested didn't help and they were unable to find my reservation. After calling uhaul I was told equipment was not available at that location. I was told it would have all the equipment in the rental at new location, but it did not, and attendee told me that that facility doesn't have ANY equipment like dolly or furniture pads. I had to drive to another location to get these. Truvk was very dirty inside, with gloves, gum, cigarettes, cigarette smoke smell, fast food containers and more left behind in cab. Very disappointed with this experience overall.

Daniel BIt is a tire shop, limited parking lot to back in the trailer; at first there was a U-haul truck in the way, but an employee finally came to move it. Also, I didn't receive any confirmation of return. a U-Haul rep called me two days later to ask if I had returned the trailer. I received email confirmation the next day.

KEVIN SThere was a loose hand truck in the back that I hadn't ordered that would have been better to be fastened down somehow. I had to call for a end receipt and was told I have to call the 800 number to get one. With in minutes I got the email I was told I should have gotten. Overall, This was a good place to get a U-haul from and the guy at the counter was helpful. If we were ever to need a u-haul from that area again we would probably use this location again. Thank you

mirja oLocation does NOT have anything other than a truck or two. Had ordered moving blankets and furniture dolly which was confirmed by UHaul online. Went to pick up and was told "not at this location" for the extras. Also told that they did not use the online precheck information and got to do it all again at the counter. I cleaned the inside of the truck before loading anything, it needed to be swept out. The back door was nearly impossible to close on the truck. Was told it was "just hard to do" and basically took 2 people to make happen. When picked up the truck the back door was not latched because it was nearly impossible to close.

RENE AThe truck was muddy inside. I rented a dozen furniture pads– I received 3. And they were wet and dirty. The gas tank was half full when I picked it up, which not only wasn't enough gas for my needs– but it also made it very hard to return to half a tank upon returning it. I basically had to get gas twice. Never coming back to this location.
MCKAY MI was asked if I wanted any insurance and I said NO. I was charged for some insurance anyway. The person whom I spoke with while filling out all the information stated “I must have hit the wrong button”. To me this is unacceptable. If I had not looked over my receipt I would have been none the wiser.

MARV GMechanic was helpful.. man inside, not so much. Dont expect someone to be able to back a trailer on the back of a 15 foot uhaul down a narrow alley way with other people's vehicles on either side. Then I got an " oh well, if you cant do it , you cant leave it here" again, not helpful. I'm using Pensky next time.

jesse BSending a uhaul truck out in empty is a big inconvenience when working against the clock. Much better and sensible To send off full and require it to be topped off to full upon return. Easier and more convenient for your clients.

Juan RThis location is a Tire Store with no visible signage indicating it is a U Haul agency on the outside or inside of the building. This location does not adhere to standard U-Haul procedures. Even with Coogle directions, we had no idea it was a U-HAUL place. It caused a delay in our moving schedule which then caused the worst move ever. Would never use this facility again. To top it off I got a rude U-HAUL clerk from your call center that informed me they were changing my drop off destination to some body shop in Gresham instead of the U-Haul dealer on Burnside originally scheduled and told me it was going to cost me an additional fee to use the original Gresham site. It took me several more phone calls to get my original destination site back. Also, the call site misquoted prices. My frustration level with their ineptness, poor signage, no inspection of truck, no clean interior and a inside moving cart not attached to the wall and a rude call center clerk rates this as the worst move ever.

They gave us a uhaul that we could not disconnect from the truck as it did not have a stand or way to secure. Then they told Uhaul that we did not return the trailer even though we had as agreed. Horrible experience!
Launa DThe uhaul we rented needed an alignment badly. The tire pressure was not balanced either, and the fuel saver gauge was pointless when the truck had 0 power so i had the throttle open more than not i reccomend a tune up of some kind the guys in the shop were pleasant and friendly.
James PFirst, The Staff was friendly and the vehicle location was close for pick up but the site did not have coffee which I was looking forward to at 8:45am. Second, The employee at this location "On site Tire Service" made a critical error which caused a domino effect from me missing time away from work on Tuesday and delaying my pick up delivery today on Saturday. Here's a brief summary of the Domino effect. I received a text on Thursday afternoon from U-Haul saying: my rental was due back and I was currently NOT on a valid contract. We have been trying to reach by phone and the recovery process has begun. Thinking what the heck. I don't have this U-Haul truck. I called the number (503-774-3203 and spoke with the agent and explained I did not have possession of the vehicle nor do I have the keys because I went to the location on Tuesday 7/09/2019 to reserve the U-Haul truck for Saturday and not for a Tuesday rental. She was kind and said she would notify the Forest Grove facility to resolve the issue. By the way, I was not notified by phone until I received the text message. Thinking what the heck is going on here. I made my way to the Forest Grove On site Tire Service for a face to face interaction and asked the gentleman who made the first transaction, what was happening. He said, he had made the date for 7/09/2019 and not for Saturday 7/13/2019 and it was his error. I asked him, I will not be billed for this transaction date of 7/09/2019? and would the U-Haul truck be available for Saturday morning. He said I would not be billed since he refunded my card and Yes, I have the U-Haul truck reserved for Saturday. Everything is resolved. I Thanked him shook his hand and left. Today, 7/13/2019 I walked into Onsite Tire Service expecting a fast transaction but the Delay occurred. Long story short, U-Haul did not clear the conflict code to release the U-Haul truck to me on their end so I had to wait until the store manager assisted. The Store manager had to call two separate locations to clear my name so I could rent the U-Haul truck. I was becoming in-patient but I accepted it. Coffee would have helped :) Time is money and this Domino effect was a wild one. I'm One Un-happy customer! I returned the U-Haul truck and received my bill for today, I asked the store manager why I was charged different mileage rates when Tuesday rates were .89 a mile and todays rates are significant higher at $1.09 per mile. He said it was supply and demand. I asked, I reserved the vehicle on Tuesday for Saturday wouldn't those rates be the same (.89 per mile). He said no. One Unhappy customer! Thanks,
