We put in an order for a 20" uhaul & an appliance dolly. I even called On Site tire service regarding the appliance dolly the night before & never received a call back. Went to pick up the truck the next day & no appliance dolly with the uhaul. Very disappointed that what was reserved online was not made possible within the week I had reserved the truck.
