When I arrived, I used the electronic check-in and I was given a hard time by the receptionist because I didn't know the process. Other locations have the trucks available with a code. This facility requires an employee to get the vehicle for you. They literally made me cry because I felt bad for interrupting her process with another customer. Then she told me when I returned that I hadn't checked in, I showed her various texts from u-haul verifying my check in and drivers license. I will not be returning to this location.PEREZ M.

I reserved the truck other location with so many reasons including pickup time, location, return time, etc. All of sudden, you changed location. I had to take uber from one location to others, made workers wait and so on. It was very inconvenient.MASAHIKO T.

The movers Rescue Movers Pete and partner was amazing. We never ever had a move so easy. They were so nice, on time and cared for our items. Also the Uhaul Shalita was so awesome! Great service at this location. The ladies that helped me were amazing. Only thing is the truck although very clean smelled like a large ash tray. I'm not a smoker or am I around people who smoke so the smell was bad to me. Other than that. Overall rating is a 9.Kyandra Y.

Shilita has great customer service, you can see she truly cares. I have not been a fan of uhaul staff in the past, mostly rude and uninterested. I won't be going anywhere else for a uhaul. As long as Shilita works there I'll be booking with them.camilo B.

The location itself was a storage facility so it didn't have the look and feel of a uhaul only location. But the staff was friendly and the vehicle was practically brand new so I couldn't asked for more.Anrhony L.

Everything was going well until it took a while to check the Rental back in not only was there a delay but the check out clerk purposely delayed my wife and party waiting for me to be exact I ask my wife to recorded the incident based on her reaction to grant us the time and accuracy of closing out the account. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They gave me a wrong dolly. I was told that the truck I got was big enough to haul my belongings. Had to make 2 trips which cost me more money. The overall service I would say it suckedNancy C.

I was given a truck with under a quarter tank of gas, returned the truck with more gas when returned, then nearly charged for under a quarter tank, thankfully I took a picture to prove the situation. Also was unable to use a Uhaul gift certificate which was giving for my last Uhaul issue. I was extremely disappointed, this may be the last time I use Uhaul and there services unless something is done to improve the poor experiences.Michael W.

Had an appointment at 4:45 pm to pick up the truck, but the clerk was out to lunch. Had to wait 30 mins. Didn't she know my appt time? She apologized & gave good service though. Charging $1.08 per mile usage is unfair. Last time I didn't have to pay that extra charge. I guess your policies have changed since I last rented. Location & convenience was good.Soo M.

The Customer Service reps inside were really great and Friendly. They had my truck last minute which I was grateful for. The truck was really dirty inside and out, the guy that got the truck out for my didn't even know how to open the hood or check the mileage. I had to wait for him to play around with it for 10 minutes before he figured out he could find the mileage without having to put wiper fluid in the truck.cindy R.

I exceed one hour my returning time cause I had An unforeseen. I know that I'll be overcharged but I think the value is too high. Double charge the fees is not correct in my opinionMarcelo M.
When I asked to use the restroom the lady was very rude and said there wasnt one. I had to leave the property drive approx 2 blocks for the nearest restroom and return to Uhaul to rent the truck. If I had been familiar with the area I would have gone to another Uhaul location.OUIDA T.
The truck had terrible brakes and was unsafe to drive. They also did not have the appliance dolly (which I stated I wanted on the reservation) and told me sorry its not their problem. I would not recommend this location or Uhaul anymore.Justin J.
