Richard ANo one at the sight to help with process. They seemed to not be aware that I was coming even though I'd made a reservation. Truck was backed up into an area that I couldn't get around the back without wading through weeds and trash. Couldn't find the lock box, which delayed the process even further.
Kimberly BThis was my worst experience of ALL time with UHaul! I booked a one way UHaul in Broomfield, CO with a drop off in Denver, CO. The day before I was to pick up the UHaul in Broomfield, CO at 7 am I was informed that I was going to this location in Westminister, CO at 9 am. When I arrived; the person there spoke no English; and hid from me the entire time in the back of the shop!! When the owner of the facility arrived at 10 am he was unable to help me as well! The only person who did their job was the person I called at the Broomfield location who was able to give me the code to the lock box over the phone so I could do my move....3 hours later! This location in Westminster should be closed down!!
David KThis happen to be by far the worst experience renting a uhaul. I had 3 reservations chance the location of the pick up. We were offered a $50 credit for this but it was still quite upsetting. Then once we got to the location at our pick up time the gentleman that greated us spoke no English. He had to call his supervisor and had us the phone which is when we were told he was still a few minutes away and would be there to help us shortly. After we checked out I had questions and was told her didn't know so I had to fall the 1800 numbers for help. Lastly we were never told about how to drop off. We arrived and the location was closer with signs to point us where the keys went or what the next steps were. We then had to call back the 1800 number again for help with this. Ridiculous experience from the very beginning. We're not ever gonna talk about how we were charged an additional $28 today that we don't agree with but can't argue or dispute but there was no one to help check in the vehicle and verify gas or milage.

Joshua DDon't allow people to make reservations for vehicles that are not available. If there are no vehicles available, let the customers know sooner than the day before their scheduled move. I had to leave behind half of my personal belongings because I couldn't fit them into the smaller Uhaul that I was forced to downsize to.

Vanessa BOur orginial destination was 1601 S Boradway which was in an unsafe neighborhood and both entrance ways were blocked by other uhauls, so we could not enter. This was supposed to be a 24/7 dropoff location. We went to 2 other locations to find an appropriate parking spot. Brianna Cortez, was our saving grace in helping us get there. Please provide her with the proper recognition for her patience and customer service. However, Nick, employee ID / “extension”, 850-852 and his team leader were no help. He told us we would of had to return it the following morning and provided no next steps to help problem solve. It was extemely disappointing and frustrating.
