The parking lot is very tiny, we had two trucks and had to park one across the street at a different garage. The gentleman who helped us was very helpful and gave us the best equipment he had, which was appreciated.

robin tThe owner of the car repair shop where the truck rental was located did not answer the phone and was not in the shop at my appointment time. A helper finally came out and called the owner who finally called me. On the phone he was kind and professional. He did tell me that U-Haul would reimburse me for any extra gas that was in the tank above what I left with.... that didn't happen.
