The location was a car repair shop with a couple of trailers in the parking lot. Drop off was very easy, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.

robin tThe owner of the car repair shop where the truck rental was located did not answer the phone and was not in the shop at my appointment time. A helper finally came out and called the owner who finally called me. On the phone he was kind and professional. He did tell me that U-Haul would reimburse me for any extra gas that was in the tank above what I left with.... that didn't happen.
Shawn SOwner not present, dealt with over phone. Only person on site spoke no English. Seemed like nobody there when I walked in the door. Took ~10 minutes before we saw somebody.
