The u howe had a horrible smell when I picked it up period but I cannot speak to anyone due to it being after hours . Once I got it to my location, I cannot use the u.Haul, that first date due to it needed to be clean. The floors in the walls where horrible. The floor had dried up spots with something wasted and red candy across the floor. The customer service, it was horrible at the location also. Victoria JMy personal self would not recommend, I was not advised that I was being tracked, by a tracking device (air tag) until my phone alerted me that (Air Tag found moving with you.) I became frightened by this and did not know if someone was tracking my whereabouts. So I really didn’t use the service as intended.
Marie SI waited almost 2 hours for my reserved truck. After waiting hours I got in and only had a good bit of $5.00 worth of gas in the tank. The steering wheel was extremely sticky as well and the tire pressure light kept coming on and off. Was given one rate and turned out to be over charged for my duration of time having the truck. Never and I do mean never again.
INGRID SI was over charged for gas because they had an inaccurate recording of the fuel level. We put the gas right back where it was, which was under a half tank. Further more it hadn’t been cleaned in a while! The radio buttons felt like it has some sticky syrup type crap on them. Then I denied all the extra charges yet I was charged 15$ for some safe insurance stuff. And I have rented uhauls many many times and was never charged for local mileage! An advertisement that was supposed to be 39.95 costed 98$ how does that add up.!? Ridiculous!! And the cup holder had sticky drink crap in it and a penny stuck in there. Also the ac vents were loose and wouldn’t stay where you tried to adjust them to stay. The worse experience with a U-Haul ever!!!!

ivory JThe unit was rented to me with a baby roach infestation. Owner said he cleaned it but never did the proper pre-rental protocol then disputed saying the roaches must have entered after he cleaned it out! They should not be able to operate under U-Hauls good name!

Brittany CLocation was not my original choice. Uhaul changed my location after I made my reservation. People at location were extremely nice but the truck broke down leaving me stranded in the interstate for more than 3 hours.

Melonie JTruck had large roach in the storage area. I could not load my large items due there being no ramp on the back of the truck ( I thought all uhaul come with that). I was charged for more miles than I used. When the uhaul was booked I paid for 10 miles but only used 8.2.

David NReservation process was awful! Had to reschedule reservation to another location at last minute because original location could not guarantee pickup. This was a HUGE inconvenience! Also, way out of my way to new location. The original location was Climate Control Of Louisiana College Dr 3147 College Dr Baton Rouge, LA 70808 The person working on day of schedule pickup had a bad attitude and could care less they didn't have the truck on hand.
todd pThe condition of the equipment at this location was a horrible representation of UHaul as a company. The Truck was FILTHY and the attendant wasn’t knowledgeable at all. I would definitely not ever return to this location.
