I would like to be notified that I will use a different location prior to the day of in text that was not clear at all , so when I arrived at Airline was re-routed to Oasisj car care which was not that close. I expect the vendor to be on time and professional when I arrive on time . I had to call the number on the door , leave a message , wait then call again someone picked up . This truck had no gas it was on E, I asked where nearest store and would I make it , he said we might make it ??? He explained what happened reason it was on E which is not his fault but I felt at least gas light would not be on when I pick up rental . I never was invited in office to complete paperwork done outside in heat . At rtn same thing no one there at 143pm , I took pics and placed in rtn key box after speaking to Rep said he wasn’t sure what time he was coming back I think he may have been out to eat . The truck did run good I just feel like whole process could have been better and thanks for fuel adjustments.

CHASITY BUpon arriving to the facility, I was greeted by a staff member. He alerted the manager. The manager who immediately begin to verify me reservation. Upon completing by verification I was in and out quickly.
Henry BI BOOKED MY RENTAL ONLINE WITH A 6:00AM PICK UP , WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION I DID NOT SEE A LOCK BOX SO I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE - WHERE I WAS INFORED THAT MY PICKUP LOCATION DID NOT HAVE A LOCK BOX AND DID NOT OPEN UNTILL 10:OO AM - THIS DELAYED MY PLANS AND HELP FROM MY ASSITANCES FOR 2 PLUS HOURS WHILE I WAS RE-ROUTED TO A NEW PICK UP LOCATION. SOLUTION: IF A UHAUL STORE DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK BOX OR YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP AT YOUR DESIRED TIME - THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RESERVE THAT LOCATION. THIS ERROR COSTED ME TIME AND MONEY. I MISSED THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS FOOTBALL GAME WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE OF A TWO HOUR UHAUL ERROR AND I'M MAD AS HELP ABOUT IT.
