My location was changed by uHaul 12 hours before my rental from my original location. The new location was very inconvenient. Fortunately I was able to find a closer location which was not as close as the first, but adequate. If I hadn't been able to get closer I would have been very disappointed by the last minute changeChris D.

Same comment as with the place I picked it up: NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK!!! Their lobby had made ZERO CHANGES to accommodate the pandemic. No masks, no sneeze guards. Not even social distancing. I will do everything I can NOT to shop with U Haul again until the pandemic has passed. You guys have failed in a huge way and you're going to end up killing people because your franchisees are a bunch of fools who think they know better than the scientists. It's MANDATORY STATE LAW to wear a mask. Why didn't they? Why did they all risk my life!!!!????Steven R.

This was not the pick up location I selected and was changed by uhaul at the last minute. I was only notified of the change from San Luis to Los Osos while I was on my way to pick up the truck. All online confirmations listed my pick up location of choice. Very inconvenient, unfortunately. Also, I ordered packing supplies that were shipped to me, not on time, instead of being available at uhaul when I picked up the truck.Cori M.

I will never use uhaul again. Between the mileage rate on top of refilling g the tank and the need for you to call someone I know so I can rent a truck - I'm finished with uhaul. I've used uhaul for over 40 years, but no more.Deborah W.

Had to drive to get u - haul after they said I could pick it up at one location. Went to pick up and was dirty, windshield dirty, wipers need replaced like months ago. Seriously look at it and see for yourself. What happened to u haul, I'm ok but will look around next time. Don't have my key and panel lock ? OkKurt H.

Be careful how they charge you for fuel. U-haul 15' truck gets 10 mpg. I put 4 gal in and they hit me with an extra charge for 4 more gals. I put 47.8 miles on truck. Make them park truck on flat level surface when checking fuel level.Glenn N.

The lot at this location is small for 26' trucks. I tried to park but after several attempts the uhaul agent told me to park on the street. It would be helpful to indicate on the rental contract that for large trucks to park on the street at this location.Billy B.

Not much, except that your website is confusing and unclear about what is available at what location when you make a reservation. It needs to be more explicit that the equipment you want may be located somewhere other than your preferred pick up location.Paul C.
Though I don't think it was intentional, when I picked up the truck it had 1/8 tank of gas. So I brought it back with between 1/4 and 1/8. I was never told that I had a $31.50 credit available if the tank had been at 1/4!! No mention. As a result, I was charged $31.50 when I returned, jus a gallon or two short. I've been renting from U-haul for over 30 years. I've never heard of such a ridiculous thing and I would very much appreciate it if someone would reverse this charge.Duane A.
