Requel was absolutely amazing. She went over and above customer service to help me. Step by step to help me with doing the u haul truck rental on line. Apparently I didn't have it completely submitted to get the keys and she came and helped with that also. She definitely needs a bonus and a raise. I will definitely recommend ya in the future. Marinelle WI got to my house fine, I got to the storage unit fine. On the way back, the check engine light came on. The truck was clean, but Uhaul has a reputation for running their trucks into the ground. I put more fuel in it than I needed to, it was more than enough to cover the 7 measly miles that I went over my estimate. Should have been an even score on that one. The rental agent was fantastic! I was her first rental, and she did great!! :)
