They would not let me return the vehicle to a location convenient for me I had to drive a half hour one way in the direction I was not going nobody needed the vehicle no attempt to sis let me leave the vehicle where was convenient for me That is a deal breaker next time U-Haul is last on my list. Mr Degroot was great At the end of trip I should be able to drop off truck where I wanted

The dealer charged me for cleaning. The truck was delivered to the dealer cleaner than I took it. I filed a complaint and have not been contacted by UHaul rep yet. I would not recommend this dealer.

First off, for some reason I had two vans booked, one with online pick up and the other with personal pick up. Don't know how that happened.. Called Uhaul and they straightened this issue out. The online pick up, although a nice idea, is too much of a hassle. Had to enter the same information twice.Then it could not find my location. The pick up was located at a gas station, the store attendee was very helpful, who stated the manager could help me when he comes in. Spoke with Uhaul rep, who was very nice. Went to my privacy setting which stated Location Services on, however still needed to go into Siri to allow Location Service on. At this point the manager was in, I discontinued the conversation with the rep. The manager had a hard time sending my picture of the front and back of my license. Finally he was able to provide me the key to the van. This transaction wasted a lot of time. I don't know why Uhaul stated there is a wait in line, I have never ran into a wait in line where I live. The gas station people were great, but would not recommend the online service to pick up a Uhaul. I noticed your questions do not ask to rate the on line service, That question should be at the top.

The trailer was faulty, tail light did not work. We had to unload everything and reload it into a new trailer. Huge hassle, needless to say I am very disappointed.

The proprietors were very courteous and helpful. However, the weather stripping on the roll up door of the trailer was out of the track when I got home with the trailer and discovered some water on the floor of the trailer. I fixed it which took about 15 minutes.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. I WENT TO THIS LOCATION TO RENT A TRUCK. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO RESERVE THE TRUCK ONLINE, THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE MY RESERVATION AT THE MARSHFIELD LOCATION. I BOOKED IT ONLINE ON 8/15 FOR PICKUP 8/27. WHEN I GOT THERE, THE OWNER WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE TRUCK AS HE SAID IT WAS RESERVED TO GO TO CT. ON 8/28 AT 3:00. IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR, AND TWO PHONE CALLS TO UHAUL TO GET THEM TO RELEASE THE TRUCK TO ME.

Irritated!!!!! I would not recommend this location. Even though the truck was return clean with a full tank of gas.. I was overcharged on my credit card.. And the owner said it was out of his hand nothing he can do. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere Thanks Disappointed customer

My issue isn't with the location but with uhaul itself. We booked a 26 footer online and was stuck with a 20 footer due to lack of trucks. In turn we had to give away/throw away alot of furniture.
