WILLIE WWas scheduled to drop off at this location. Attempted to do mobile drop off. Was unable to do so because my drop off location was changed unbeknownst to me. The office is only open from nine to noon a few days a week.

Mary LI am upset that I reserved a location (weeks prior) closer to my home - I had to drive 20 minutes in the opposite way and then drive back in the opposite way to pick up my furniture. I had to make special arrangements at the last minute to get a ride to the new location. When I rented in Baltimore, in July they told me there was a small radius I would have to drive if the equipment was not at the location I reserved.

JERRY ASmall location, but right where we needed it. Fortunately the lady was there when I stopped by prior to dropping off and was able to get the location put in correctly. I had tremendous getting difficulty getting that location and even after multiple phone calls they were not set up to receive me. Fortunately I happened by in the morning as they close at noon everyday which is not what their hours state.

JEAN AI have rented this year alone 1x from Hazlet Hwy 36 and also 2x from Middletown on Hwy 35. Both of these places were super friendly and respectful to my needs. They assisted in connecting my truck to Trailor and checked wires and lights. From entering the store to pulling out , all went well and this is what kept me coming back but after the the experience I had at the Ocean port not only will I never step foot in I hall again I will blast I hall over the Internet once I return from this trip and I do so for the last service and 2 calls I made to central office to speak with a manager first and both call went in answered

Aqeedah MParking lot is too small and difficult to manuever a large truck. Mileage charge is way too high. I'm doing everything I can to avoid renting from UHaul in the future.

ANDRES EI didn’t feel safe in this location the furniture store was closed the time was 3pm and I checked out my self through the App so I took time to follow the steps and take pictures there was homeless in the location looking for food in the Garbage and the police car was following him to leave the place I didn’t feel safe or comfortable while dropping of the trailer

Keith ANot really sure what business is on the site. The inside of the store looked cluttered and I questioned if I was in the right place. The yard itself was relatively clean and organized. I only knew it was the right place because a bunch of labeled equipment was out front.

Jean ALocation was fine, just a basic lot at a nondescript business. The question of it being "clean and inviting"? No, but to drop off a truck, it was ok. Had issues with the U-Haul app again (same as truck pick-up in a different location) making it a longer and more difficult process then it should have been.
Brian C1) I was unable to pick up my truck because I arrived late. This resulted in me waiting on hold/speaking to customer service agents for 41 minutes while standing in the hot sun until I was able to pick up the truck. How is this acceptable? 2) When I finally got into the truck, I found that the rear driver's side tire pressure was 30 psi less than the required pressure (as listed on the door frame sticker. I then had to spend a half hour performing preventative maintenance on the vehicle so I could drive it safely. Ridiculous.
Jonathan WNeeds a wheel alignment, and brakes & suspension checked. I've driven trucks over twice as big, for Coke and Perrier, but this truck was a little scary/tricky. If I didn't have any experience, that truck would have been a nightmare and more than a little dangerous. The steering is loose, but WAY loose turning left around a bend. Suspension would have been fun, if it were a bounce pit. PA roads would not be recommended. Brakes ... "iffy" Other than that, no problems using U-Haul or the Ringoes/Neptune locations, again. Bill

Jean AI was charged a $20.00 after hours fee. Truth is…I dropped off the truck at the prearranged time..9 am on 11/22…the place was closed and no one home….I should not be charged because the place was not open…keys were left in drop box…receipt came at around 9:50 am…not right…will tell all to avoid UHaul…will not use again.

Matthew CThe 15-foot truck was parked in a very tight spot! Please keep in mind that your renters don't have a lot of experience driving trucks of this size, so please make it easier for them to get in & out of the spaces.

James REverything was fine except the additional fees you will pay once all is said and done $20 turned into $60. I ly uses the van for 2 hours.

Troy FIt was a pretty sketchy lot and we dropped the truck on a Sunday afternoon and there was no one around and no one answered the number we were told to call. I did a self-return on-line but it still felt a little unresolved.
