Since U-Haul parking in behind a car wash, maybe hire a part-time employee to direct/park incoming U-Haul customer. They could also pull the newly rented U-Haul out front for awaiting customers.

Very sketchy and run down car wash with trash everywhere.
Liam SIf I could rate this negative I would. No key in the box with a locksmith eventual sent to "create" a key for the truck. The 24.7 program means managers need to actually manage and ensure vehicles are ready. 2 sites and same results....no contact or care from the local managers. Overall a horrible experience that cost me hundreds as I missed the windows I had already paid for.

DAMON JThere is no office at this site. I had to bother the individual trimming the lawn to help me figure out how to pick up the truck. Luckily he knew someone to call to provide guidance on where the key for the truck was (behind a combination lock). The standard U-Haul stores are better equipped.

Thomas GVery difficult to reserve online. You need to enter 2 separate persons’ contact info for UHaul to contact at time of rental! This can only be done at time of pick-up at truck site. Horrible process!!! It then literally takes 45 min (on hold) to speak to a rep for assistance!

RYANTAYLOR SI was dropping off the car trailer and website said open till 5 pm and 24 hour drop off. My issue was that there was nobody at the carwash and when I spoke with the manger, he stated he would be in the office on Monday Morning at 10:00 am to take in the return. I was at the carwash (drop off site) at 10:00 am and called the business. The manger stated he would not be in for a couple of hours. I told him he stated he would be there at 10:00 am and I was on the lot. He said I could just drop off the car trailer and he would check it out when he arrived and send me an email. I told him that I was not comfortable in dropping off the trailer in an unsecured lot behind the carwash. He stated he has lot s of cameras and I told him that was good for the business but not for me. He agreed to meet me at 12:00 pm and the trailer was turned over to him. I told him, that if I had dropped off the trailer even with the cameras, there was nobody on scene to protect my interest or the company's interest if something was to happen to the trailer. I would not return a product there again, only somewhere where there is staff on scene to accept the return. I wasted gas and time going somewhere to turn in a trailer within 24 hours of a rental of a 5-day rental. That might have cost the company a rental for having the product available and on hand to rent out.
