Very good customer service and very helpful in fixing the whole previous stolen truck before us when they could've charged us for something we did not have fault in so he was very very helpful thank you young man I don't remember they young mans name but he was very helpful and concerned that we didn't get charged for something that was not our fault .MARIA M.

After U-haul changed my drop off spot. Adding 15 miles to my drive they charged me for extra mileage. Very disappointing! They also tried to charge me for fuel. I spent 30 minutes while attendant called and figured out how to have fuel charges removed. I did receive a receipt later with the mileage charge on it. Again the extra mileage was a result of U-haul changing drop off location.Elizabeth M.

Did not check equipment of provide inspection to 0er rental agreement to ensure trailer was in good working order, correctly hooked up to vehicle, and ready for travel. The trailer was left on the ground and not proped up by a jack and we had to lift a huge trailer by hand. We were given a set of paper instructions and sent to the parking lot by oursleves.Natasha R.
Make sure that you have the proper equipment on hand and are aware of how much gas is in the truck. I don't understand why a liquor store has uhaul trucks to rent and not follow through with proper protocol.Jonathan Z.

Your drop off place is a liquor store. There was only one person tending the whole store, a female. She said she could not help me until there was no one in her store and that took a few minutes. She could not give me a receipt for turning in the U-Haul. Person receiving U-Haul was Yulissa Navarro. I am very unhappy with that situation.IRENE G.
The process was supposed to be contact less and I spent some time completing all of the information requested to pick up the truck. When we went to pick the truck up, all of it had to be done again and we had to go inside of the establishment. Not the clerks faulty, but the process was lengthy and she kept having to stop so she could assist customers who were purchasing items from the store. Not the process of "contact less" pick up that I thought was going to occur.Benjamin W.
