Have the vehicle that was booked months in advance available for pickup on the agreed upon day, and not substitute for a vehicle that is an extreme overkill for what I needed it for.

Was not given a time frame for return and was actually given a package to ‘drop off with the truck if I arrived after hours. When I returned the truck at 730 pm after moving all fucking day (renting a moving truck) ...I had to pay another $60+. For an additional day. Absolute horseshit

I called and arranged to have our trailer an extra day. When dropping it off the person argued black and blue that we had not done so even though I have the email to prove it. They did not want to return our damage deposit, but ended up doing so as we refused to leave without it.

Was overcharged. Took the manager to figure out the mistake. The young guy charged me for a one way rental as opposed to an in-town rental!

I had switched the drop off location and was assured that the new location would show it on their computer system. It wasn't showing and I had to wait 20 minutes to receive a final invoice. Again unacceptable!!!
