My back was hurt as I am a 63 old woman who had to lift up the trailor hitch to put on my car! It was extremely heavy as it did not have a jack lift to raise the trailor onto the car full of extremely heavy furniture and even empty it took two strong men to connect back on my car!

The personnel at ORW acted as-if renting UHaul's was a nuisance. As an example, they pointed to the corner of the lot where my truck would be located through a solid wall, and said I'd need to match up key "tag" to actual truck. Might have been nice to say that was on back of truck at top... The equipment was very clean. But maintenance, possibly going back to new, was sadly lacking. The transmission mis-shifted in D (e.g. going uphill, was lugging until I manually shifted down: 2000 rpm at 50 mph!), truck only had 20k miles and driving VERY conservatively, only achieved 7 mpg (and 7.1 mpg from new?) vs. advertised 10 mpg. Return location printed the disclaimer wrt mpg. Which, having much truck driving experience, was DUH. Was actually bumped to this location from one close by on Main St. And it's across the street from another UHaul-only...
BRUCE MEmployees were extremely helpful and made drop off process easy.
ARTHUR BI ended up being charged $7 more than I should have. I even mentioned in the app when I turned the truck in. The app said I’d get a call and I didn’t
Rayha KPower wash outside of vehicle so it doesn't look so bad when picked u
RICHARD JA little difficult to find the entrance but overall a good experience.
CAROLE PThey didn’t tell us all we needed to know like how we could unclamp wheel wells on trailer to make sure we could open doors on our car before we unloaded.
MICHAEL RThe process of picking up the trailer was a joke! U-Haul changed pickup location twice and when I did get to the second location I still had to go across the street which was a third party U-Haul! All people involved were nice but the process was unacceptable!
TIMOTHY BFive stars excellent 💯💯💯💯💯♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍👍👍
Yolanda CI Guess if you try to just pick up a truck here real quick you must be some kinda jerk or something because that’s how whoever the guy at the counter is will act towards you. You’d think they’d be able to communicate with the U-haul location that’s 30 feet in front of them about what payment methods are available and how to have matching prices on the reservation that they just sent people here with but that must be impossible
CHRISTOPHER SDidn't have what I needed at the location I went to so they put in a reservation at another one with one available fast quick and easy!
ANTHONY BPick up and return took over 30 minutes each time and the location I picked up from closed 15 mins earlier than previously stated so I had to drop off at the location across the street
SARA SAs of right now - I have a pending charge of $242 because Off Road Warehouse told me to drop of the vehicle across the street. Maria from customer service was wonderful but the charge has not been reversed yet.
Austin HEverything was excellent thank you
JOHN RLeft signal wasn't working which can be a safe and traffic violation but I had to move to keep things in schedule so I was willing to take that risk. Lastly, there was a price discrepancy. Online I was quoted around $15 when I arrived I paid around $30. Upon reading the receipt there seem to be inflated fees of all sorts. This is a very dishonest business practice and should be actionable by law. The business was very friendly and provided good support. Not the business's fault but U-Haul corporate fault
AJAY COrder #15518922. When I called UHaul to get the trailer I was told by the rep that I could return the trailer after 1 day of use instead of the 2 days I prepaid for, this was a requirement I told them. I was done using the trailer after 18hrs and wanted to return early, but as it turns out the facility was not opened on Sunday, and I was forced to keep it an additional day and could not recover 1 day of rental. I called UHaul and they told me I must return the trailer to the facility I rented it from. Another issue was I was told my vehicle that I was putting on the trailer would work, but I could not open the doors of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra after it was on the trailer.
