I set up this appointment through the U-Haul app with things I needed 2 dolly’s. Picked up truck and ask it everything in it I was told yes. I got to my place no dolly so I had to go back they stated I wasn’t charged for them. I had to pay for them and there was no appliance dolly like I order. Either the experience wasn’t a good one. I don’t want to blame the if the app fail or vice versa. You are a billionaire company get it right.
