It's winter and messy. I get that. I went on my phone to check in and check out on mobile. Agent gave me wrong set of keys, vehicle was dirty. Most critical issue was that I rented a furniture dolly which ended up not being in truck when I got to my destination. Got a friend to bring his truck and dolly which meant my rental was useless. I'm providing this feedback to suggest you have a step in checkin that asks if your add on equipment is with you. This could have been avoided. Wasn't a good experience today. I discussed with the agent. He told me it was up to me to ask for the dolly. Ok I get that because I guess he can't see the order.

Location was old run down service station. Initial service and pick up was handled well. Only travelled 18 miles with vehicle during lease term and still filled up with $10 of gas. Upon receiving emailed receipt I was charged an additional $18.00 for gas fill up plus another $30 fill up fee. This was a blatant attempt to rip off the customer.

Just horrible no point in reserving for a certain location cause chances are they will call you to send you somewhere else (so we used more kilomaters bc we were sent farther away from our mobing location twixe sonwe were charged extra for going over.)happened the last 3 times we made reservations. The dolly wad broken the wheel ever moved when we told them that we were told oh well. They didn't give us a working one nor a refund since it was barely usable.thry just put it in the truck. If we have to move again we will hire movers worst experience every.

I was contacted by Uhaul 3 days prior to picking up the truck to tell me that my original "guaranteed" pick up location was changed to another location. An inconvenience, but not a huge issue. I had to pay extra for KMs because the other location was quite a bit further away. I had email, text and verbal confirmation of a 6am pick up via the mobile pick up, ride share service. The truck was NOT available at 6am and the mobile pick up was non existent. I was told to wait until the store opened at 7am to speak with someone. The store worker rolled in at 7:15. The app is dreadful, doesnt work well at all. Trying to contact someone over the phone is a laughing stock. When you eventually get through to someone, they transfer you to someone else, or a place that isnt open yet. They must be doing it for a laugh. Garbage customer service and garbage company. Not many options for moving trucks though. Shame. Stay away if you can!

If you are traveling with a RV, this is a bad location. The incline going into the parking lot was so steep we got hung up, had to unload the car off the car hauler trailer and unhook the trailer from the RV. Luckily a good samaritan stopped and moved the car hauler into the parking lot. Would not recommend. By looking at all the gouges in the asphalt, this has happened many times.

I just dropped off the truck there, I did not speak to anyone e, but in the past they were excellent to deal with.

This was the WORST experience with UHaul!! First, the truck reserved was not available. The pickup location then changed. Upon arrival to pick up the truck there was nothing but confusion. The process took an hour and a half!! I have been DOUBLE CHARGED for the rental. The amount had been debited from my credit card TWICE and has not been rectified. Still! Then, when attempting to drop the truck off, the app would not work. An HOUR on the phone to get someone to talk to and we find out that the dropoff location indicated was not available. It meant a 45 min drive across the city to a new dropoff location. I am STILL waiting for the duplicate charge to be corrected and am VERY unhappy with the entire situation!

When we entered the truck, there were ear plugs with ear wax in the cup holders. We wanted 12 furniture pads, but only got 6. When I was asking questions to get clarification, the worker seemed to be getting annoyed. 1 person runs the gas station, propane and the U-Hauls, so if you're in a rush, don't bother picking that one.

I ordered/reserved equipment in advance to help with my move. When I arrived at the U-Haul pick up point, they had none of the equipment I had reserved. Letting me know in advance would have been good customer service as it affected the efficiency of my move.

Terrible spot. The business closes at like 8 pm, the parking lot is poorly lit, and they expect you to park your vehicle out back where it is pitch black. If you are returning a vehicle after their closing time you have to check-in the vehicle using your mobile phone. The UHAUL app didn't work with location services on Chrome (apparently it's a known issue for the UHAUL website and Google Chrome on mobile devices). It took over 10 minutes to try to troubleshoot with UHAUL. Finally, UHAUL checked it in or did something via phone and told me I was good to go. The next morning, this location charged me the $21 convenience fee anyway. Previously, I returned a vehicle with the gas gauge at the same spot yet they topped it up further and charged me for that. It wasn't worth fighting for as it was less than $10 but it was an annoyance. I called UHAUL and they refunded the convenience fee rather quickly which was nice but I would not recommend this location and am no longer interested in using UHAUL.

The truck I rented was not clean. The cab smelled of marijuana. The cargo area had snow and garbage inside. The ramp was broken and I was unable to use it. The power steering was not working well making maneuvering at low speeds near impossible. This truck was by far the worst I have ever rented from uhaul. I rent trucks frequently and have never had anything remotely as terrible as this.

I booked the Uhaul 30 days in advance. My pick up point was suppose to be Queensland, Two days prior to pick up. I was told I had to go to Ardrie (60km) for pick up. I was charged for milage. The representative could care less and was not helpful at all!!

A better location. also when a person reserves at a location and it is confirmed, don't change it last minute.. very inconvenient. There should also be a skip button on the page to share location. My phone wasn't able to pick up the location causing me to wait 1+ hours with customer service .... then being charged extra $20 because we weren't able to check out online..

Picking the truck up through the app was NOT convenient whatsoever. Returning the truck was awesome; the gentleman helping me with the return was very helpful.

The U-Haul was dirty on the inside and outside. Caked on mud on the outside. Coffee holders and area covered in dry coffee and/or pop stains. Service was good and efficient.

Ogden gas plus saved the game after a desastrous service at Blackfoot Uhaul service center. Despite the availability of trailers, Blackfoot didn't want to rent me one of their trailers. The girl at Blackfoot had no manners at all and was very rude to me and other clients in the store. You should really train your clerk better, especially in those big service centers.

When booking I was told I will be charged .49 cents per kilo meter. when i went to the location for pick up they told me .59 cents per kilo meter I asked him why he told me Saturday and Sunday they charge more. This is breach of trust as to what booking clerk told me and the owner of the gas pump, two different version.

Truck was not swept out when picked up and was FULL of dirt, it is also not an ideal road to get back onto with a 20 foot truck with it being very busy. They also do not tell you about a $100 extra deposit fee when you get confirmation and your reservation.
