The rental itself was great. The place to pick it up not so great. It was dirty, there were tiles missing on the floor. But the rental was perfect

When I returned the trailer the agent told me that Uhaul policy is for the customer to unhook and move the trailer to the trailer’s parking spot on their premise. This was the first time I have heard of it and my other rental experience has always been the Uhaul agent unhooking and managing their equipment. If this policy had been mentioned to me at the time of the booking I wouldn’t have used this Uhaul location as the other location has better service. I would also mention that the door seals were in very poor shape with large gaps at the top corners.

HOWARD PI was relieved when I got my rental truck,my pickup location was changed twice(not counting my refusal to go 89 kms outside Calgary when asked on a phone call from U haul).I also was not aware that I would be made three "offers"to tow a trailer for uhaul to a point along my route."Offers"and pickup point changes made the process stressful.However Uhaul agent at Ogden Rd was good to deal with.
