David DThe truck is had the engine light was on when I started it and did not go off. Floor wasn't clear but I had no problem with that. When driving the engine was racing at times and would stop then do it again going down hills and up.
PATTY DCargo area of the truck wasn't clean. Had some type of grease and oils spilled in it. To check the truck back in was very confusing after hours. I got over charged by ALOT more then what I was expecting. Will not rent a U-Haul again honestly.

John MCargo compartment should have been cleaner. I had to spend 25 minutes clearing 2" of hard snow and ice from the windshield (i.e., car wasn't ready at pickup time). Windshield wipers need to be replaced.

VANESSA HIt was my first time in Collingwood to rent a uhaul. I had reserved online and upload my documents in advance, so getting truck just took 2 minutes. Also returning procedure was just dropping a key! They are very fast and helpful. Very recommended.
