Tammy was amazing! Communication was on point, she made the whole process seamless and stress free.
Melissa CPlace was locked up and a sign on the door to call/text. I communicated briefly with someone by text who told me to just drop it where I could find space by the other trailers, but had no personal interaction to review condition, etc.

diana cDid a 7 day rental one way, dropped truck and trailer 2 days early with no acknowlegment or refund and 2 weeks later recieve message that I have outstanding bill wich I paid and now a month later get another message saying I owe more. Tried paying with my credit card , person I was dealing with kept having me repeat my card multiple times and then proceeded to try my card 3 times. manager said that we will have to try again the next day Do Nor Rent from U-Haul
