This was a nightmare but we call another location way better service and took care of us i would recommend going to the Taunton and wilson location there super nice and takes care of there custumer

The utility dolly was not available at the time of pickup, which made my move very difficult. Because of this, I couldn’t move all of my belongings. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with U-Haul. I originally booked the vehicle at the King Street location, and the next day I was asked to pick it up from another location. While I understand that such changes can happen, I had also reserved a utility dolly in advance. Since I was relying on the dolly, I did not arrange additional manpower. As a result, I was unable to move my heavy items, making the vehicle booking essentially a waste of time and effort, and it created double work for me. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the utility dolly even though it was not provided. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

KEVIN CWhat can we do to improve.... Charge the correct amount and if you don't for some reason, at least have a faster process to do so. They charged my credit card nearly 750.00 dollars when it should have only been 150 including km. It's a nightmare trying to get my money back. Still no luck

CHERYL PI recently rented a U-Haul from this location, and I had an excellent experience! The owner just started the service, but everything was handled so professionally and smoothly. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The person was very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and genuine effort to make sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this U-Haul location — they truly deserve your support!
